When they were first launched, I was really excited and I ordered a number of different shades. Online shopping has its down sides and it is the shade not matching what I see on the computer screen. Anyways the formula was really nice and creamy, but that wasn’t the case for all of the shades and finishes I’m afraid. And once it has gone past it’s use-by date, the smell goes off and the formula goes weird too.

Tips: Don’t buy heaps at a time unless you can use them up within 6 months or something. Otherwise it will go to waste
I was so excited when I made my first purchase of these. I had seen them a lot on social media and vlog reviews. I have 5 of these in dark brown and red shades which are gorgeous.
The packaging is a simple white tube with the brand written in silver on the side. The shade name and colour is on the botton. The applicator is wind up and the lip colour is slightly angled. Which i prefer for a more precise application. It does have a smell but it's not pleasant or unpleasant, just smells like lipstick.
I found it's not as long wearing as I would like. The shade range is stunning and the lippies are highly pigmented. I all round really do like this product and at such an affordable price I will be purchasing more shades in the future.
I Love this product. It is one of my daily go to lippys. I find that it lasts almost all day weather im eating or having drinks it doesn't wear off. A good range of colors available so no day is the same.
I bought a couple of these on a whim, and liked them so much I now have almost every colour they made. They apply smoothly and last incredibly well throughout the day and whatever I eat. They smell really good too!
Tips: Oil will remove them, so be prepared to reapply after eating anything with oil in it, and give them a minute to set properly before eating or drinking.
I loved the amount of colours I could pick from the website, and the amount of product was more than I was expecting. The last power isnt as great as i would like it to be and the matte can be slightly drying on my lips. I found that they worked just as well without a lip liner which was great, but the smell was not my favourite.
Tips: If you arent a fan of fragrances in makeup be wary of the smell.
I really enjoy using Colourpop creme 'faded' (nice dark rosy tone) as my MLBB. It is very pigmented so I only need to apply one stroke to get the colour I want. the creme texture comes off after few hours but the colour on the lips stays.
Tips: For the natural look, I apply the stix only in the centre of my lips and smudge them to create a gentle gradient.
This is the skinniest lip product Ive ever owned (apart from lip liners of course!). Ive never tried a stick lippie before. I was worried that it would snap easily but it didn't. I brought this ColorPop Lippie Stix in the shade Westie which is a baby pink matte lipstick. Its matte but oh so creamy! It sets so nicely and doesn't look patchy or drying. It lasts for quite a few hours with out touch ups. I love the smell of this lipstick. It smells like vanilla which is one of my fave scents. I haven't found any flaws with this product. I love it and have purchased more of this range.
These lippies are super affordable and retail for $6.50. They are amazing quality and last quite a while. Very well recommended :)
I bought the shade Mirror Mirror as apart of the Can't stop, won't stop lip trio. I know that others have found that their lip products from colourpop are a little different than as they are described on the website but Mirror Mirror is a true berry. It is highly pigmented and long wearing. I used its matching lip pencil Bad habit and didn't find that I had any trouble with bleeding. However, this product is in no way transfer proof. If you touch your mouth a lot it will get every where!!!!!!!! but it still lasts the whole day on the lips. The formula is creamy, super matte and non drying. For such an awesome price I highly recommend picking one up!
On Colour Pop the Nixed matte stix is described as a deepened raspberry, but I think it's more of a deep red-y cool purple. It's the perfect tone and depth to be a statement lip whilst being still able to wear at the office.
The texture is creamy enough that it glides on, the colour being deep and solid enough with a single swipe. I'm still getting used to the shape of the head - it's a bit awkward being flat on the end so you have to deal with more than one point creating lines, though I think it'll get better with use, the flattness will round out a bit.
This lipstick does transfer quite a lot, however it doesn't seem to lose any colour when that happens, I only needed touch ups once during a full 9-5 day and that was about 6 hours in. The stix on its own also bleeds slightly, so I recommend using a liner to keep it tidy.
Tips: Use the corresponding liner to keep the lipstix tidy and prevent bleeding. If you're lucky when buying you might be able to buy the trio of the matching liquid lip and liner with the stix on sale!
I've found the formula comfortable to wear and very pigmented. I've only dried the darker, more vampy shades mind. The only downside is that they transfer quite easily and don't last all day. At least it's easy to reapply. I prefer the size of the actual lipstick compared to the traditional ones as being smaller makes it easier to get a more accurate application. Great product for the price and a huge colour range.
Tips: Definitely wear with a lip liner and take the lippie stix with you so you can reapply throughout the day.
