Ulta3 Moisturising Lipstick Lilac Glow Review

First of all I love the packaging! The window so you can see the colour is great and would be perfect in the handbag to grab out the right colour on the run. Secondly it's sleek black design makes it look classy. This lippy smells great and is very moisturising so is great for long wear without that cakey look some lipsticks give. It's not my normal colour so is good for a bit of point of difference and the purple isn't too bold so it's still OK for everyday wear. It goes on smoothly and feels silky!

I enjoyed this product, it did help mositurise my lips which were very dry from being in air conditioned buildings. The colour was stunning and it had a lovely shine to it. I did find I had to reapply every hour or so due tomorrow he fact it had so much shine it did not last as long as matte lipsticks tend too. I enjoyed how it felt and liked the fact it didn't smudge everywhere like some lipsticks do. I would recommend to family and friends especially for the price! I also tried their nail vanish which I love the colour of, needed to apply two coats for a nice colour shade.

First impressions, I like the sleek black packaging and how it has the colour of the product on the end, I'm super happy that the writing that says the colour name and number is not tiny so you can read it easily and be sure you don't accidentally but the same colour one day unless it's on purpose to replace this pretty shade. Opening the tube and searching this on my hand the first thing I noticed was the yummy smell, it has such a beautiful scent I couldn't wait to try it on. The swatch on my hand made me excited to try this lippie out even more, because of it being a medium, bright, darker shade of pink I knew it was going to be a good colour for me. Trying it on without lip liner or even lip balm first, so naked plain lips, proved a good pigmentation in the product, it doesn't feel like the usual lipstick either it feels more like a comfortable tinted lip balm which is great! It does feel moisturising and good for your lips with or without lip liner or even glitter on top of it. I didn't notice any bleeding of the product. awsome summer beach colour too.

I was so excited when I got this trial. And was really surprised with just how bold and beautiful this colour was!! went perfect with my pink and purple hair.

Definitely extremely moisturising! Most lipsticks I have tried have felt somewhat yucky and that distinctive "lipstick" feel. Goes on smooth and feels soft on your lips, smells great too

You do not need to put much on to achieve the great colour either! Would definitely like to try other shades in this brand. Great price too!

Feels like you're just wearing a lip balm with the beauty of bold colour!

I have always been a sceptic of 'moisturising' lipstick as I find that it often dries out my lips quite quickly while leaving a dull stain. This lipstick actually does what it says it does! It does leave some stain which doesn't look amazing but is easily dealt with. Overall I am really impressed with this lipstick!

Considering the low cost of this lipstick i was pleasantly surprised just how hydrating it actually was!! The packaging is a simple black but i love that you can see the colour of the lipstick at the bottom in a see-through window (much easier for storing!) I love bright colours so im glad the lipstick goes on with alot of pigmentation - this is not a faint tinge, or a clear gloss lippy! The product has a pleasant subtle almost fruity smell - not something i expected! The application is smooth and again i want to mention just how moisturised your lips feel after one coat! It is very durable and i did not have to reapply for a couple of hours. I will definitely keep an eye out for the rest of the colours in this range!
