I picked up this pencil when I went to my favourite factory outlet store. This year I have been into trying eye liners out. I think their great to have . I used to use two dollar shop ones.I have moved onto to using drugstore liners. I've noticed in the past year Maybelline has expanded their product range.
I chose a deep brown shade. The consistency of this pencil is smooth and creamy. I tried using it to tight line my eyes and it worked well. I managed to get four hours wear and it did start to fade out mostly on my lower lash line. I haven't found a pencil that lasts long on the lower lash line yet. I'm hoping to find one that will.
Price wise I think eye liners are priced ridiculously high. I wouldn't pay $20 for a drugstore pencil. Normally go to outlets to find eye pencils for under $10. I like how easily accessible this brand is. Im not sure if I would repurchase this .
I really like this liner. I originally went instore to find a gel liquid liner, but was directed to this by the sales assistant.
As this is a pencil-type product, it is easy to hold, and the liner is creamy and easy to apply - glides on nicely. I got the black, and compared to other pencil liners it is *black*.
It's also relatively easy to blend if you're after that blurry look, and stays put for at least eight hours.
A negative for me is that you can't retract the stick back into the tube once you're done.
Also, at $22 it's quite expensive compared to other pencils.
