Designer Brands Extend A Brow Review

A friend of mine gave this to me as the colour was too light for her brows. The first time I tried this I wasn't too into it as it made my eye brows seem massive but after some continued use I have changed my mind.

I have this in the colour light medium which matches my brows quite well. My hair colour is a medium brown.

It comes in a clear lip gloss type tube but instead of gloss attached to the applicator wand there are dry fibres.

I apply the applicator directly to my brows and slowly brush it from the inside of my brow outwards filling my brows in. As I have naturally thin brows I only lightly fill them in so that they don't look to over the top and too full. The fibres attach to your brow easily and give a really natural look.

I haven't found this to be messy to apply. No fibres have dropped over my face as I have put it on.

I always apply a setting spray after I do my make up and I have had no problems with fibres falling onto my face during the day. I have found this brow extender to last my whole 8 hour working day.

If you do touch your brows during the day some of the product does come off so I usually keep the product in my handbag for touch ups.

Overall I really like this product and the fullness that it gives my usually thin brows. I think that it is good value for money and I would repurchase this in the future.

I received this in my lusthaveit women's box and unfortunately it wasn't in my colour. I received the colour medium brown however it looked a lot lighter than a medium brown. If I was to get a dark brown I probably wouldn't use it as I wasn't a fan of the fibres, they seemed to get everywhere. I ended up giving mine to a friend and she said that it really made your eyebrows stand out (she prefers a more natural eyebrow) however she said she would continue to try it out

I decided to give the Designer Brands Extend A Brow a go after receiving it in a beauty subscription box, and initially I really liked it! I have enjoyed using Designer Brands eyeliners in the past, so thought this product was worth a try.

It comes in a mascara-style tube, but instead of your typical spoolie it has an applicator with hundreds of tiny brow fibres attached! You can brush it onto your brows and they attach like real hairs.

I definitely liked the natural look this product gives you - full bodied brows with nice definition and a natural, bold colour. What I didn't like so much, however, was the slight fallout I received after a few hours of wear. I would find tiny brow fibres on my cheekbones - not the best look!

I also started to find that it was making my actual eyebrows a bit sparse - unsure if this was to do with the product, or just my imagination, but either way, I didn't want to keep using a product that I felt could be preventing my brows from behaving naturally.

Overall, a good product, but will not be continuing to use nor repurchasing.

I received this in my December Lust have it beauty box. Im not really a huge fan of Designer Brand but when I saw this product I was really excited to give it ago. At first I wasn't really sure what expect , I never used any product that contains silk fibres.

Now im totally hooked , so easy to apply on the brows. It made my brows look natural and a lot fuller.Great to have in your bag , easy to retouch the brows now and then . I also had this on for the whole day and no trace of fibres dropped onto my make up and my brows still looking good at the end of the day. I have been looking for a product like this for a while and its so affordable. I would definitely recommend this product and you could find Designer Brand in your local pharmacy.
