Smashbox Artificial Light - Diffuse Review

I bought this when I my usual highlighter smashbox halo was out of stock. It took a few tries to get it to do what I want. When I used it on its own it appears too white and hard to blend. So I now mix with my tinted BB cream. This makes it way easier to blend and the highlighting is just right. I apply to cheekbones, brow and nose tip. The product goes a long way and one squirt is way too much for one application. I premake a small pottle with my BB cream and artificial light mixed. Honestly the product seems to last and last so is good value. I am going to go back to the Smashbox Halo highlighter when I finish this, as I prefer the brush applicator and don't have to premix. I did talk to a friend about this product, she is now using it and is happy with it for the value.

Smooth and light foundation which gives great medium coverage for a small amount of product. I often found when I first started using the product that I was dispensing too much. The bottle's design is fabulous as it pulls up the foundation meaning you will never be found trying to scrape the dregs out from the bottom. Used in combination with their foundation primer it glides on nicely. Was a nice foundation to use for the sale price but I wouldn't pay the normal retail price for it.

I love this, but for $55 NZD its not worth it to be quite honest. I hate the pump as you get way too much if you pumped it out normally so you have to slowly and carefully push the pump down so you don't dispense too much product. Would rate this a 7/10
