BYS Eyebrow Pencil

Love this, it’s got a really good shape to the pencil which makes definition and application absolutely blissful. I like this pencil a lot because of the shape. Great colour absolutely love the colour.

I bought this pencil from Kmart in both black and brown. I have really dark eyebrows and I thought I'd try both to see which one is a better match. I actually really liked this brow pencil and even bought a backup. For an inexpensive pencil, this worked well with my thick, bush brows. The black one was a good match if I apply it with a light hand. You have to be careful though because it can easily look too much if you apply it too much. Gentle strokes are key.

I like the slanted tip of this and the retractable pencil so it saves you from sharpening it.

Overall, it's one of my favourite prioducts I've tried from BYS.

I purchased this in dark brown (I have black brows) and this colour suits me as I prefer to have natural looking brows, but if you have black hair and want super defined brows I would suggest you purchase it in black. On first use I was a bit heavy handed so thought it wasn't the best in the product in the world.

I decided to give it another whirl, and this is now one of my go to brow pencils. It is quite bulky in comparison to other pencils due to the slanted tip, but once you've had a bit of practice using it, it is a definite winner. It is quite waxy and blends really easily when you brush through with a spoolie. I find that if you use a light hand it's best, it is VERY pigmented, so pressing too hard can tend to make it look like you've gone at your brows with a vivid. The slanted tip is also really great to help define the shape of your brows, especially the bottom of your brow. It's also super affordable which is also a massive plus too.

I've been religiously using this brow pencil for the past two years - if it's ever discontinued I'll cry!

I have medium-dark golden-brown hair and I use the shade dark brown and find that it matches beautifully. I draw the outline I need with the pencil itself and then blend through my eyebrows with a slanted brow brush, just so I don't use too much product at once and get a nice, natural effect. The product itself is slightly more waxy than powdery, as described, more like a crayon if anything, but I MUCH prefer it to any brow pencil I've ever tried! It doesn't pull the skin (being softer than a regular pencil) but is dense enough to give good colour coverage, never needs to be sharpened and I love the narrow oblong shape of the colour stick - it makes it so much easier to give your brows the right shape! It goes on smoothly and has a great amount of pigment, so you don't need to use much - I find each pencil lasts me about 6 months of (almost) everyday use. I have a slightly oily t-zone and patches of eczema (often across my brow bone and in/near my eyebrows) but this product stays put all day, even in the heat, without fading (unless I'm naughty and scratch my eczema :( !).

The only downside I've found is that the colour stick is quite delicate and breaks easily if you apply too much force at an angle when it is extended, so I make sure not to extend it more than a few mm when applying it just in case I have a clumsy moment!

It's so affordable so I usually stock up when I buy it! I 100% recommend this product, it's absolutely fantastic!!

I really disliked this product. I bought this in black and it was extremely too dark for me, I have dark brown almost back hair and this was the only dark shade available so I thought why not try a new eyebrow product ... Though I wish I hadn't tried this out. It comes with a slanted tip and it feels very waxy- almost to the point where it will not grip onto your eyebrows and hold all day long. I would use a super light hand and heaps of product will end up on my eyebrows making them appear too heavy. I think this is better suited to an eyeliner as opposed to an eyebrow pen. The packaging is quite cheap and it didn't last long at all. The product always left patches aswell. I don't recommend this product as there is little colour range to choose from and it doesn't apply well.

I purchased this in the shade blonde. I really did not like the texture, it is really waxy and it was horrible to put through my eyebrows. I think this is perfect if you love bold brows. The shade blonde is the lightest and it was wayyy to dark for me. I would not repurchase this product since there is not a light enough pencil and the formula is too waxy for my liking.

I purchased this in black and have found it horrible for me. The texture seems too soft so is almost like applying black eyeliner to my eyebrows. I think it needs a pointy tip too like a lip liner pencil.

i brought this as my first eye brow pencil and am still using it i didn't want to spent to much and its very hard to find a blonde pencil i found this one in postie + and it was so affordable ! and the colour was so perfect i only lightly use it on my browns but it still looks so natural i would defanitly reccomend to anyone looking for an eyebrow pencil

Bought this in Kmart when they had sold out of ELF products. Thought for the price if it wasn't any good then it wasn't much of a loss.

And I was pleasantly surprised! This product is really quite good! I got the brown shade and it is a great match for me. I quite like the slanted tip as you can apply it as thick or thin as you want. It is not too pigmented in that you can build up to the colour that you want (which was exactly what I was after).

Downside: not too many I can think of. Maybe that the colour may not suit everyone? That would be about it.

For the price, I would definitely buy it again!
