I brought this foundation a couple of weeks ago for $5 at the Warehouse, for that price I thought why not, I'll try it out. I was quite pleased with the shade I got (Buff) being a really good match for my skintone. I have a very pale complexion with yellow undertones and Buff was a pretty close match. It comes in a really handy little pump bottle and overall the packaging is quite nice for a cheap foundation. I've used quite a few W7 products before but never a foundation so I was keen to see how this performed. Well that performance is pretty ordinary, in total about $5 of performance to be exact... The coverage when first applied is light to medium, I didn't find it was particularly buildable either. It kind of looked abit weird on my nose aswell, and it sunk into the fine lines in my skin. The staying power is also what would be expected for $5, it lasted about 2hrs before starting to look abit ordinary. Another day I set with alot of powder and it made it to lunchtime. If you touch your face accidentally it will rub off very easily. So overall it wasn't a success for me, definitely one to chuck in the back of the makeup drawer strictly for emergencies but not for daily use. It definitely isn't 12 hours of wear like the bottle states, and I'm not sure what element of the foundation is meant to be HD? Mabey HD rubbed off patches and areas where it's sunk into your fine lines and made them HD? Just not a good foundation for me personally so I wouldn't ever buy again.

Tips: I would recommend saving your $5 and buying something else unless it's and absolute emergency!
I have a sample size of this that came in a gift set. I am unsure of the shade as it's not printed on the bottle but I believe it's one of the palest ones. My sample came in a simple transparent bottle with a red lid, the packaging leaves something to be desired.
I was impressed at how well the shade matched me, normally cheap pale foundations have a strong orange undertone but this was a great match. It was very runny which mean it was nice and buildable. This builds up to a very full coverage which impressed me, but was still lightweight enough that I had a natural finish. This left my skin glowing.
Wear-wise this did get a bit shiny and oily at the end of a hot summer day, but no more so than my expensive foundations. I think this can be a great foundation as long as you remember to blot or touch up. This didn't oxidize at all or fade so I'd happily use again.
Let's be real here, you're paying under $10 for a foundation, you know you're not getting anything amazing.
It's a foundation that works, kind of. It definitely doesn't last up to 12 hours. It was the wrong colour for me, although it was the lightest shade, it was still too dark.
It lasted okay otherwise. Maybe 6-8 hours with an alright finish? It's not an amazing product, but yeah, in emergencies it'll work fine.
I told my friend I would test this product for a week,I only lasted 3 days when on the forth day I woke up with a breakout all over my forehead and nose,I do remove my makeup properly at night and use a skincare regime,so I can only put it down to the foundation breaking me out,I found the shades are way to dark, and it transferee off onto clothes,I will not be buying myself, infact I gave it back to my girlfriend
Tips: Do not try unless you like breakouts
I bought this in between buying my usual foundation because I was between paydays and $10 sounds like a lot better deal than $45 when you are low in funds so I dived in and bought my colour in 'natural beige'. This was a big mistake because in this particular brand I find that my normal shade is a couple of shades lighter than normal which made me look washed out and ghost like. Big makeup NO NO! I find I have to go up in to the warmer shades closer to almond and use that to match my skin tone.
The pump bottle it comes in sometimes had a fit and doesn't want to pump the product out. I find I have to open the lid and get the product out like a normal bottle. That is both time consuming and I end up wasting too much. I use a sponge applicator to apply my foundation. I find it distributes the product more evenly and smoothly than I would get with a brush or my fingers. Coverage? What coverage! I can still see my rosy cheeks, my lack of sleep dark circles and my red skin in the dry patches. It is less coverage than BB cream at best.
It says it lasts 12 hours?! More like two hours and this is with finishing powder to try and help the stay power. I think that if I had to have foundation, this would only ever be good enough for emergencies until I get my holy grail foundation. Tinted moisturiser is what it is, that is all.
Tips: Go up a shade or two than you normally are. This brand is lighter than normal I find.
I hated this sooooo much I just had to laugh. Patchy and a serious pink undertone. Didn't wear well or last great. I can't think of one thing that I liked about this
