NYX Professional Makeup Dewy Finish Setting Spray

I love this stuff. I never realised how important this step was in any beauty regime until I started using this.

I have noticed a huge difference in staying power since I started using this. My makeup stays in place all day and all it takes is two easy sprays.

It's a light weight setting spray so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin when you apply it, and it sets almost instantly, so your face doesn't feel like a big wet mess. I fan my face a few times just to help set it (I guess it's more of a habit after watching Shannon do it for so long).

I was expecting a bigger bottle (I ordered it online and was unsure of the bottle size) so I was a little disappointed to find that it was only a small bottle. I had hoped for a bit more for $16 but I guess that could be because I'm new to this sort of stuff.

I don't have an overly dewy finish when I use this setting spray, but it does give my skin a bit of a healthy natural looking glow which I do love so I am very impressed with the finish.

I only need to use 2-3 sprays with each application which is great. I will definitely get a lot of use out of the product and that's always a huge bonus.

I'm so glad that I actually have something like this now. In the summer time my makeup just melts off as soon as I've been in the heat too long and I always look tragic. But I have complete faith in this product to help keep me looking decent through the summer lol.

I have this setting spray in dewy, and I really love that this doesn't have a strong scent to it when I spray it on my face (like some setting sprays can). The setting spray dries straight away, and I use it twice during makeup application. I like to use it when I first apply my foundation, and then again after I have applied the rest of my makeup. The great thing about this spray is that it will not smudge any product on your face. I only use this spray for special occassions where I will need my makeup to last all day, and I don't need to use a setting powder on top of this. My makeup stays put and doesn't need to be touched up for at least 6 hours. This is such an affordable product, and although I don't find it gives me much of a "dewy" effect, it does give a natural glow and is great quality for the price. I would use about 3-4 sprays for one makeup application, and I find that this is minimal compared to other sprays ive used. This is very affordable and worth the money, I would reccomend this if you are wanting an inexpensive aetting spray that's going to make your makeup last all day.

I really like this setting spray. I didn't believe that this would be of any use at all. I definitely find that my make-up lasts better when I use this. I definitely felt less self conscious about my make-up moving during the day.

The dewy finish is definitely a bonus. I will definitely repurchase this product. For the price it's definitely worth it!

I was looking for a different brand of setting spay to try out. I was looking online and found that nyx had a dewy spray. I was keen to try it because I have used the matt fininshing spray and really liked it.

I was so impressed with the finsh and kept my makeup looking flawless all day long. I will definatly be repurchasing this item.

I have seen this product being used on YouTube makeup tutorials so I decided to give it a try to see if it would help to minimize oil build up in my T-Zone. I have very fine eyebrows and I like to keep them looking natural; however, my oily T-Zone has been fading my penciled in eyebrows and I needed to find something to keep them looking good throughout the day. I use this product over top of my elf HD powder and find that it definitely helps! Although I still get a bit of oily build up my eyebrows still look amazing by the afternoon which is what I need. The smell is not my fav but it definitely fades within seconds of use.

I purchased this from Beautyjoint about 6 months ago. After seeing it on Shaaanxos you tube channel. I got the dewy version because I was after something that would set my skin dewy and also set my make up all day.

I tend to get really oily in places like on my chin and on my nose. Although those areas are not always oily.I did find my foundation would come off in those area before anywhere else. I noticed when putting it on DEPENDING on the foundation I was wearing that day it would really help with making my make up stay in place in those areas.

Really works it making your skin look fresh and dewy. Also my skin looked so hydrated refresh and way less cakey.

I bought the dewy version of this online not long ago after hearing Shaanxo rave about it on her youtube channel. I was definitely not disappointed!

I feel like it does make my makeup stay a bit better, because it stops foundation from running, but quite a lot of my makeup usually rubs off by the end of the day. I might try it with powder underneath, as powder can look very cakey on me, but this might be able to fix it up and make it last.

In any case, it makes your makeup look amazing, just go for it!

I hadn't used a finishing spray before this, only powder, but this is so much better for getting your makeup to the next level! It makes your face dewy and bright without looking oily or cakey. I find it just adds a beautiful gloss over my makeup.

I haven’t really noticed my makeup lasting longer when I use this, however it most definitely makes my makeup look better. Being the dewy formula, it really makes your skin glow with a dewy finish and sets the powder in place- my makeup never looks powdery or cakey when I use this.

I have recently been going for the glowy J-Lo look and this has been a staple in achieving that!

First off let me say this definitely does not keep your makeup on longer well not from what I have found.

But this a great product for making the skin look dewy and take away the cakey look that powder can sometimes leave.

For me I have dry skin with an oily T-zone (which sucks so bad) but this product doesn't make me more oily than usual actually it seems the same as when I powder except with a dewy finish.

It settles on my face quite quickly but sometimes what I will do is take a brush and lightly pat my skin to help the spray in quicker.

Overall I am loving this especially now during winter go get you some girls!

I have been using this product for the past two weeks and have really enjoyed the results of using a make up setting spray, I was previously using the ELF setting spray and the NYX setting spray is marginally better.

The scent is average, it doesn't smell like any fragrance was added at all and this was confirmed after looking at the ingredients. The spray nozzle is your run of the mill cheap variety that doesn't deliver a consistent spray, sometimes it's a fine mist and other times more of a spray.

It settles my make up down well, I love the way it sets facial powder and the dewy finish it provides. I am not a fan of the matte look which is unfortunate as I tend to get an oily T Zone, to combat this I try to make sure I spray this product onto the parts of my face that are dryier and have found this technique works well.

The formulation dries well, you can't feel the product on your face after it dries, it is not sticky or anything like that. I really haven't noticed my makeup lasting longer but that is not what I use the product for so I can most definitely say I am pleased with the results for the price.
