At first I was a bti sceptic, something so highly rated, what's the catch? And then I tried it out.. AMAZING. I personally don't like my brows being too dark (which was my problem with my old brow product) so I went for a shade lighter than the website recommends, and although I'm very happy with the shade I got, I possibly should have the darker shade but it still works.
Product lasts all day and provides great coverage, very easy to apply and doesn't smudge!! 100% does what it says!
I love Everything about this product, it is so super easy to use even my girlfriend could use it her first try (she's not big on makeup at all) she loved it so much we went back the same day for her to buy some. it does get dry I have noticed but it's an easy fix and only a minor down fall considering how well it works even when it has dried a little.
As part of my bankruptcy spree at Sephora, I had to get my hands on this. The lady at Sephora matched it to my hair colour (chocolate) and whilst I was worried about it being too dark, I had nothing to worry about.
This stuff lasts all day and helps hold your brows in place as well. Using the #12 ABH brush, you can brush and shade to your hearts content. Nicely done brows really help frame the face.
BUT did you know that you can also use it as an eyeliner? The chocolate shade is great for this - it makes a good eyeliner and as chocolate isn't a harsh shade, it looks good too.
I'm in love with this product 12 months after first purchasing it. Its a definite repurchase for my collection!
Tips: Close that lid TIGHT and start with a small amount and build up.
The formula is amazing its kind of like a gel, glides on nicely. Such an awesome feeling being able to rub my forehead and not end up with eyebrow on my hand ;) its waterproof so take allot of time in being precise with the product as its quite hard to get off.
I like how its buildable, wether you like your brows light and natural or dark and bold you can achieve these looks with just this product by using more or less.
Tips: sometimes the formual can dry out but I put a little bit of shea oil and mix it in :)
I had a feeling this was going to be an amazing product, and I wasn't wrong. I already use the ABH brow pencil and brow wiz, and love those, but this product has altogether different pros. Firstly it's waterproof which is a bonus, and it lasts really well on my oily skin. I thought it was going to be hard to apply, given that I was used to pencils, but with a small angled brow brush I got it done in the same amount of time as using a pencil. I'm blonde, and the Taupe shade is the perfect ashy blonde colour for me. You don't need to use much at all so I can see it's going to last forever. The sturdy glass jar it comes in is straight up quality too. Highly recommend.
Another recommended product from one of my favourite YouTubers who shares a lot of features as me, so on her advice I grabbed the shade Taupe as its ash blonde tone is perfect for fair skin, blue eyes and blonde hair.
Design wise, ahhh this little wee cute pot is so adorable from its glass jar that is quite heavy so it sits perfectly still on the table as I am applying this to its black screw on lid that has the ABH logo stamped on to it in a copper rose gold hue. I actually brought the E20 (I think that is the number??) brush from ABH too purposely for applying this pomade and it works fab with it.
The formula is quite creamy when you are applying it but it sits quite solid in the pot before you use it, the creamy texture allows you to fill in specific areas of the brow then kind of smudge it together to give the brow a more fuller look which for me who has no brows and what brow hair I do have is super fair and in a good mess.
I love this product, it lasts all day, it is very pigmented there is a wide range of colours, doesn't smudge and the product itself lasts quite a long time since you only need a little bit. After a month the product sadly dried out and went chunky. I'm disappointed about it drying out but that will not stop me from buying this product again, I'm sure drying out can be avoided :)
Tips: Use a precise angled brush and only a little bit of product, a little goes a long way and refrigerate and turn upside down so the moisture doesn't all go to the bottom !
I used to use the e.l.f brow kit, but once I tried the dipbrow pomade I found that nothing could compare, its waterproof which is a big plus and it looks much more natural than other brow gels, I also love the fact that the color range is brilliant and caters for everyone. I can sleep with the brow pomade on for a couple of days/nights straight without washing it off it beary wore off at all. Also I love the fact that it does not have any scent unlike others which have a really bizarre scent to them. Application is extremely easy as the pomade just glides on.
Tips: When the pomade drys on top a bit add a few drops off eye drops
I LOVE this product. I was bought this as a gift by my younger sister and even though she bought the wrong shade (chocolate is slightly too warm toned for me) it's fantastic for filling in my brows for a natural look. I loved the formula so much that I had to buy medium brown for those times when I wanted a defined 'Instagram brow'! Lasts forever, is super easy to work with, and sometimes if I'm feeling lazy I'll leave just my eyebrows on when I'm taking off my makeup before bed, so that in the morning I don't have to do them - yes, they stay on that long! Absolutely love this stuff, especially with the ABH #12 brush.
Tips: If you want to get rid of any excess product after you've applied it, brush through with a spoolie - will make your brows look more natural and softened. Also, I would recommend storing it upside down, as unfortunately they do tend to dry out, and this will keep the oils at the top of the product jar.
It's worth the hype. I found the right shade for me and now I have my big beautiful eyebrows perfect every day. I also bought the brush that goes with it and combined they are the one product I could not live without. Easy to apply and perfect lines.
Tips: Don't use too much on your brush. A little goes a long way.
