I love this powder. I use it on all my clients. Not only is it good to set foundation but also adds coverage. It's great for people with oily skin but works on pretty much all skin types (maybe not super dry skin though). Flawless even coverage that lasts all day. The only downfall is that there aren't any darker shades for more deeper skin tones.

Tips: Don't use it to set under the eyes as it's too heavy, use a loose or translucent powder
My all time favourite powder, I reckon this is a awesome dupe for Mac studio fix powder if not even better, gives coverage to your foundation and doesn’t look cakey or dry. Sets your makeup in place for hours and does budge! I highly recommend this powder to anyone
I picked up this compact fully sealed from me of my local markets . I’ve been needing an all over powder and finally I got the chance to try it .
This comes in a plastic compact. Labelling is clear. Consistency is pressed powder. I don’t notice any scent. There’s no shimmer it’s completely matte.
I had my first try of this over my foundation. I found it very drying . It settles on wrinkles too . I have a few fine lines coming through.
After trying it I wasn’t happy with the amount of fall out I had. The coverage didn’t last longer than two hours. I cant see myself repurchasing this again.
I used to love this but recently found it has been drying my skin out a bit. It gives good coverage and look smooth over your favourite liquid foundation. It is very affordable and does alright for what you pay.
Tips: Avoid putting on upper lip as it tend to cake a bit
In the hunt for a new powder foundation I found this little compact. The clear lid shows the powder and when you lift up the pressed powder flip section you get a sponge and magnifying mirror, nice for on the go and not sure where a big mirror is. I found this unscented and was happy as sometime fragrance can irritate the skin. I discovered that I preferred to use this on top of liquid to set foundation and make sure I had the cover I wanted. I did try it by itself a couple of times and it gave light cover only, I prefer a more medium coverage. I do prefer using a powder brush to apply this rather than the sponge but it could be good for touch ups during the day especially if you have oil issues. Overall I found this to be a nice little compact that I would look at rebuying.
This powder is good at setting liquid foundation which lasts throughout the day. It has a sturdy compact which includes a mirror and puff which I don't use. The only downfall is that it lacks in a variety of shades, only 3 from what I can remember at farmers. When I swatched the 3 shades in store, they looked very similar to each other
This powder is great!!! It can be alone for light coverage or used to set foundation and take it from medium to full coverage. I love using this powder both ways!! If I'm in a rush I will just use the powder alone and if I'm looking for long lasting full coverage foundation I will apply on top of my liquid base. It does a really great job of making the face look matte. Also leaves a flawless finish like it says it would. Great product would definitely recommend!!
I hadn't tried any of Australis' make-up before and was in need of a new powder when I spotted Australis Fresh & Flawless at my local Kmart.
I usually use a translucent powder but all these were slightly tinted, so I wasn't sure which shade to go with as Kmart don't have testers and I just took a guess and picked up "Light Beige". As it turns out, Light Beige is very light and I could have gone one shade darker. It's not so bad if I use it with a brush but if I apply the powder with the powder puff that comes under the powder compact, I start to look very pale!
The powder is not bad, it does keep me shine-free for a few hours and the fairly sturdy compact has a transparent lid and the powder compact lifts up to reveal a little storage compartment underneath with a powder puff and little mirror.
The nice thing about the mirror being underneath the powder is that it stays clean and doesn't get full of powder residue. It's also cushioned by the powder puff, so the mirror doesn't crack if you travel with it (which I have done and it's still in one piece!).
Australis Fresh & Flawless Pressed Powder is oil and fragrance free and is not tested on animals. It does contain parabens, as well as titanium dioxide (the ingredient responsible for white flashback in photos).
I'll probably buy another one in a slightly darker shade, so I can see how it works with the powder puff / sponge that is provided, instead of using a brush.
Tips: Use a powder brush for a lighter, more flawless application.
This is definitely the best powder I've ever used. It makes my foundation last all day. It doesn't look cakey or make my skin dry. It looks flawless and also gives a bit of coverage. I always use it on nights out and I never have to touch up, it lasts amazing all night. It makes my skin look so smooth and I will definitely not be trying any new powder anytime soon. It works exactly the same as the Mac Studio Fix powder, but it's way more affordable.
I a little bit on the fence with Australis Fresh and Flawless Pressed Powder.
On one hand it is a nice powder that sit nicely on the skin and has a smooth finish. It's also cruelty free.
On the other hand it also has parabens in it which I'm trying to avoid in cosmetics.
So overall, I liked the powder and the finish. But I would hesitate when considering buying it again solely due to the ingredients.
