I have brought several of these and I am still in love the compartment is strurdy and has seperate compartment for included applicatior which I have never used as I always reach forms powder brush. This powder is great for setting your foundation and adds a tiny bit more coverage which is nice! Doesn't cake or dry out my skin does sometimes need to be reapplied if it's an overly hot day though which is understandable find it quite comparable to high end setting powder for a lot less!

I purchased this product as a lot of people were talking about it being a dupe for M.A.C. Which it is, the only down side is unlike M.A.C there's not a lot of shades available. You only have the option of 3 shades at my local farmers.
I find that this powder is high coverage as it could be use on its on or to set foundation. This compact is travel friendly and won't break the bank if you loose it.
The best way to apply this powder is with a kabuki brush and it will give you a nice Frobisher with out it look cakey.
Tips: If you use bb cream and you want a bit more coverage this powder is great as it'll give you a soft natural look.
I'm not sure about the packaging here, but I bought mine from Farmers and it has a clear cover that allows you to see the powder through it. I love how sturdy it is, so the cover won't pop off and break and it also has a compartment containing a mirror and a sponge.
One of the the negatives about the product is the colour range - there are only 3 and I bought mine in natural which is the lightest shade and is waaay too pale for me now, but looks great in winter.
The powder is quite high coverage for a powder and for those with good skin, they could probably get away with just a powder. For me however, I have a lot of blemishes and breakouts that I need to cover so I usually use a concealer and set it with this powder. It sets and makes you matte without looking cakey or powdery - plus it really does make you look airbrushed and flawless! Another plus is that it doesn't break me out - which is rare as my skin is super breakout prone.
The powder itself is very finely milled and goes on really smoothly - comparable to my Dior and Estée Lauder powders (and also, better)! Definitely love this and I will probably buy the darker shade to wear in summer as well.
Tips: Use a lighter powder to highlight and a slightly darker face powder for a natural bronzed, contoured look to add dimension to the no-makeup makeup look.
no words but amazing. ... its a fine powder that glides perfectly onto your foundation. And also is a great foundation setter.
Tips: dont use to much
This product I use both by itself and on top of a BB cream/liquid foundation. I use it on top when I am going for a full coverage look, and by itself when I want more of a sheer look. It evens my skin tone when used by itself, and helps cover my blemishes without clogging up my pores. I change the colour with the seasons, with the middle tone during the summer and the lightest tone during the winter. There is only three tones though, so might be less versatile for others. The packaging has a mirror on the inside which is big enough to see with when a full mirror isn't available. It also comes with a sponge applicator which is useful, although you should be careful when using this to apply the powder on top of a cream foundation as it can look cakey. It applies really well with a powder brush, although there is some wastage doing it this way.
Tips: Don't use too much on top of liquid foundation otherwise it can be cakey.
I love this powder. I can't say this enough. Until I got my essence mousse foundation, this was what I wore on lazy days. I'd go over my entire face and neck with this with a dense kabuki brush which I still do when I'm too lazy for my mousse foundation even! It also has enough coverage on its own when I wear it over primer.
When I'm on my 'less lazy' days, I'll wear this over my Hanskin BB cream which is very thick, super pigmented and quite sticky and this does a fantastic job of setting that and with the BB cream gives super full coverage with only minimal concealer needed.
This is actually the only non-nail polish I have a back up of. I couldn't bear for my not-very-old one to go to waste so I dug it all out, mixed it with alcohol and see the whole thing in the middle.
Once I go through all my powders, I'm going to go and use up another of this again!
10/10 would buy and use again!
I used this for years & I really liked it. Its really good for coverage over a bb cream or light foundation. I have a lot of freckles and acne scars I like to cover so it is really useful for that. Only problem is it always seems to be sold out when I go to buy it from Farmers so I have started using a Maybelline superstay powder compact instead, which I would say is very similar in consistency
I have been using this for years and I would never use anything else to be honest as it does exactly what it says.it is completely oil free so that's a plus for those of you that have blemish prone skin like me and can't use any products containing oil and other blemish causing ingredients. It is perfect for setting makeup leaving it with an air brushed effect or you can wear alone for a more natural look.Your skin will not look shiny as it leaves a nice matt look about it but not too dull.It will last for ages as you only need a small amount and the price is not too bad.I either but this from Farmers or NZ beauty sites online because quite often they are cheaper.
I bought this product at my local unichem pharmacy,it comes in shades suitable for most skin types,I use it for extra coverage on top of my usual foundation and to set my foundation..its great for that wee bit more coverage you need and does not look cakey. If I build up my usual foundation to cover acne it can look thick and not natural, but using this powder instead looks natural . I love the compact and I am going to check out other Australia products to review.
Tips: dust over your usual foundation with a powder brush to give a wee bit more coverage and also set your foundation
I was given this powder as a gift from a friend and instantly fell inlove! Its so amazing! It goes on so softly and smooth covers great and has a pretty good staying power. I love this on top of my foundations to give a more full coverage look. I use them sponge it comes with to apply as i find it works great for me. And the colour is a near perfect match for my skin. I cant say enough good things about this powder. Ive been to repurchase this and its a great price from farmers for $19 so its very affordable for the job it does.
Tips: Apply alone or after foundation. You can use your own powder brush but i just use what it comes with and put into hand bag for easy applying later. Don't apply to much as it can start to look cakey and very powdery slightly orange if to much is applied. If using alone can wipe product one (if using sponge it comes with) if using on top of a foundation i would recommend dabbing it on face to get less chance of apply to much.
