I really expected to love this pencil, because it's Bobbi Brown and everything else I own by the brand I adore. But this just really didn't work for me. I didn't find it smooth at all, it was kind of chalky and that made it practically impossible to get a really crisp, defined line. Maybe it just didn't work because of how crisp I like my brows to be, it might work better if you were just going for a softer edge, but I just couldn't get it to look how I wanted it to. It also got very dark very quickly, so either use a very light hand or buy a shade lighter than you think matches, because it doesn't take much for it to end up looking too dark. The one thing that I thought was great is that the sharpener it comes with is fantastic!

Bobbi Brown Eyebrow Pencil Review
Instantly give your eyes a "lift" with defined eyebrows.
What It Is: Based on the Bobbi Brown technique of using pressed powder on brows for the most natural look, this formula gives you the blendability of eyebrow powder with the precision-and convenience-of a pencil.
Why It's Different: Powder-based and wax-free formula ensures a soft, natural-looking application.
How To Use: Begin at the inner corner of the brow and follow its natural shape using light, feathery strokes.

Tips: Be very gentle with this pencil, it has a tendency to snap when sharpening or if you press too hard!
I only use this when going out cause its soo dark and makes your brows look soo glam. Along with a great mascara your eyes will look like sex haha
Tips: Sharpen pencil and apply thinly then smudge through with a sharpie
Velvet smooth pencil from bobbi brown. I used this for awhile when I needed full face heavy make up and it was good. I would recommend it for night time make up and full make up looks. I wouldn't recommend it for day use though. It's not very natural looking unless you have really thick, full eyebrows that need filling. I prefer Mac's pencils because they are wind up ones and apply MUCH easier than this one which i find breaks all the time and is hard to get light feathery strokes out of.
