BYS Lipstick Longlife

I think this lipstick cost me $3. I thought it would be worth trying for this price, so I bought some from Kmart. I'm still not sure how I feel about it as it is rather hard to apply but it looks really good when it's on and lasts a while. Either way, it is worth the $3.

I purchased 'celebrity status' and it is an awesome deep red color. I feel that this lipstick needs a liner as it does tend to bleed a little. It does also tend to build up and leave little pieces on my lips- may be skin? So definatly remember to exfoliate and balm before applying.

I like this range of BYS lipsticks, because they are affordable and its nice to have a range of colour.

I got Bhys lippies as a gift from a friend. I'm familiar with BHYS their easy to find at your local Kmart. My local Kmart always sold out of their lippies. I was always curious about their make up range. I finally got a chance to try it with this lipstick.

These lipsticks come in Black plastic tubes, with the BHYS labelling central to it. Its easy to wind them up and down, it makes a clicking noise. Theres a very faint smell to it. I got three colours. The first colour is Cherry Black its like a Deep Red. The second colour I got was Fuschsia Surprise . The third colour is a Spiced Merlot is a pinky purple colour.

These lipsticks have good coverage over my lips. I don't need to apply too much to get good coverage. The texture of this lipstick is quite moist and hydrating. It doesn't have long wear. It does come off with meals and drinks. They are affordable to buy from stores.

All up I've enjoyed using these lipsticks. Although theg might not have long wear they do pack a good colourful punch.

For starters, I hate the packaging (it matters to me)

I bought this in the colour "Red Hot". It is a bright, vibrant red.

They go on super soft, and are very creamy. I find they are a little bit too creamy and need a lipliner to prevent slipping off your lips as you apply it.

I'm really surprised at how long it lasts, it hardly wears off when I eat and drink.

I do find it bleeds a little bit, but again, I think a lipliner is needed.

I love this lipstick!! I have the orange based red colour (sorry name rubbed off) and I love it, it is true to colour and glides on smoothly. Also can get this product cheaper from Kmart. The staying power is good and I will for sure be going back for more colours :)

btw the packaging is on the cheap side but for the price and quality of the product it is totally worth it.

I was over in Australia last year and purchased 2 lipsticks from the BYS store. They were both matte in the shades Tango which is a deep red and Rumba which is a brownish red. The smooth consistency makes it easy to apply and the colours are very pigmented which last a long time on your lips. They come in a black tube with a plastic cape and wind up and down. The packaging is quite thin which is easy to carry around.

I have a nude in this type, it definitely last really long and I have to say I'm impressed given he price as well. Also unlike other lipsticks if you cant get a tester, I've found with these ones that they go on exactly how they look.

I just brought this last week, in a lovely bright pink, the coverage is amazing, its so good that you can wear a gloss on top and it still stays, its 5/5 for me, im going to buy a few more :)

Off the top of my head I purchased two of these for $4.75 each. I hadn't tried or read any reviews prior to buying these but for the price I thought I couldn't really go wrong! These lipsticks are beautiful and really well pigmented. One swipe is pretty opaque in color and they are nice and rich. Its one of those lipsticks where what you see is what you get color wise which I think is fantastic because BYS offer some really funky color options! I tested this out one morning where I was planning on grabbing a coffee and running errands. The color on my lips did survive my coffee but did make a bit of a mess of the lid - so it is pretty transferable.. Still no need to reapply just yet. Last all morning until I had a salad for lunch, there was still some product on my lips but the inner lips now needed a touch up. These lipsticks are not drying at all which i really really like. I would highly recommend these, especially for the price! My only gripe with these lipsticks is the packaging.. The lids are not very secure and will come off in your bag!

I have about 3 of these and I love them so much I have darker and brighter colours so I cannot speak for any of the lighter colours which I have seen there is a lilac, barbie pink etc. For those I have they work really well and lasted for quite a long time. They are super pigmented and I love that about them.
