I got 3 of these (Rosy, Pink, Peach) because they look SO GORGEOUS~~~ It almost looks like a cream in the pan but it goes on powdery. The finish is natural and can be built on without looking cakey. They are super pigmented so if you want a natural finish then only a little bit is needed. My favourite out of the 3 I got is Rosy Pop, it gives me a very natural flush and it stays put all day.
I love the compact packaging and the fact you can see which color it is through the transparent case. They look pretty just sitting on my dressing table :)
The only issue I have with these is they are pressed rather firmly and my normal blush brush (blue squirrel) doesn't pick up enough product- I have to go back and forth multiple times before I have enough product on the bristles. A little disappointed in that aspect but I can live with that, it just means I have to place another brush order for a brush with slightly firmer hair (credit card says ouch!).
Shades owned: Pink Pop, Plum Pop & Berry Pop
Design, these are the cutest blushes I own - no lie!! Coming in a chunky, clear, round acrylic compact container, even the sound of it opening and closing is fun and satisfying to me. Inside the clear casing sits this pretty pressed, heavily pigmented blush that has been cast in a raised relief of a flower with such incredible detailing it makes you want to buy the whole set. Which I would if their weren't nearly $50 a pop.
Formula, these blushes are not shy at all and punch a heavy blow with their pigments. Using the pink pop which is the lightest one I own, it is such a pretty pale baby pink, but if you are heavy handed it looks like you have literally just applied poster paint to your cheeks. There is a softness to the blush that makes it feel like a cream and powder hybrid, this allows you to softer apply the blush by using a brush and lets you go slow to build up the colour upon your cheeks till you get the shade of flush you desire. Berry pop is even more intense in the pink stakes and looks like a raspberry shade that amazingly sits softly on the cheeks in a muted tone if you go lightly and I use it occasionally for nights out when I want a more healthy, awake glow to my face. Plum pop, even though it is even more intense still than pink and berry pop is my favourite of those I own, it has a softer purple hue that is almost mixed with a taupe shade to give a gorgeous just pinched flush that looks great (even if I do say so) on my pale skin.
Even though I have used these cheek pops on multiple occasions as I reach for them a lot! I still have barely managed to scratch the surface, the floral relief on them is in tack and to the untrained eye you would think they were unused. So these last a long time. The colour too stays on your skin all day, it doesn't move or fade, no need to top it up during the day and has a softness that it doesn't appear chalky and it isn't creamy enough to look wet or greasy either. The perfect blush recipe in my mind,
