Once upon a time when I first started with eyeshadows this was my go to brand as they are cheap and affordable. I owned every quad they actually had available to purchase.
I found that these shadows all had amazing pigmentation and all over the shadows are shimmers but they are still wearable. They were easy to blend out but the lasting power isn't the greatest so I would definitely recommend using a primer.
The packaging maybe cheap and ugly but you can't expect it to look fabulous when you read the brand name and look at the price tag.
However, since working and earning money I tend to stay away from this brand as I can spend more money on better quality products. I do still recommend these shadows being great for teenagers or even if you are a complete newbie to eyeshadow.
I purchased the quad 'mother earth'. A blend of golden topaz/brown, off-white, a pinky coffee beige and a deeper bronzy brown. I thought this would be a good neutral palette. I should have swatched the tester before buying as this is too shimmery for me. I like to have at least a matte brow and liner shade in my quads but all of these have shimmer. The colours are good if you are suited to warmer bronze tones but I would avoid if you are cool toned. They are decently pigmented but the wear time isn't the greatest so definitely use a primer. If you like neutral shadows with a bit of sheen or even like one or two shades in the palette this is still worth getting as it is so affordable.
Tips: Don't use the included brush and wear a primer!
