e.l.f Shimmering Facial Whip

I have this product in 'Lilac Petal', a beautiful shade. I chose this colour to use as a highlight because I knew it would be more natural on my fair skin tone, as opposed to the starkness of 'Spotlight' the white toned shade. It doesn't take much of this product to create a beautiful glowing highlight anywhere you like.

The first time I went to KMart this particular shade was sold out, but as I expected it to be a light purple shade I wasn't bothered. When I went back, it was back in stock and turned out to be a beautiful pale pink colour. It looks gorgeous on my super pale skin. I use quite a bit because I like a super intense highlight, but I think you'd be able to use less to get a more subtle glow.

It comes in a little squeezy tube, it's super easy to get the right amount of product that you need. The packaging makes it seem really small, but because you don't need much it's going to last forever.

I have this in Persimmon, a nice pinky shade, and I use it for my lips, may one day graduate to trying it on my face, but for now I'm happy. I love the little tube, it's easy to find in amongst other makeup with the clear packaging so the product shows through. The colour is nice and bright and lasts a decent time for the price of it.

It comes in a nice little tube that has a nice tip on it so you don't squeeze out to much. A little goes a long way but I like to use a lot because it provides quite a pretty highlight. It can be used on lips and eyelids as well. I also LOVE the smell of it it smells like orange lollies or something from my childhood. I would definitely repurchase.

So cheap - it is a very small little tube though.

I got it in white and have really enjoyed using it. It separates a little so needs a shake before use. Then you literally just spread it on. It goes on super easy and absorbs into your skin, you cant feel it sitting on there.

Just gives a bit of shimmer, I use it on my cheekbones almost as a highlighter for a bit of shine.

Great size for putting in your makeup purse. Would definetly recommend and I want to buy the other colours!

I recently got a mini Elf haul from iHerb. I purchased this in spotlight which is a light white crystal shimmer.

I love the smell!! Comes in a small tube like a lip gloss has a similar lip gloss texture, a little sticky.

Gives excellent highlight shimmer and get compliments on my highlight :)

First time I used it I used a little fluffy eyeshadow brush to apply and the brush soaked up waaay too much powder.

So I just apply a very small dot on my ring finger and warm up on my fingers first then just pat into the highest point on my cheekbones. GORGEOUS colour payoff.

I am going to get the other colours as well! I love this!! You can also apply to brow bone , but I think it's shimmery for nose, chin, cupids bow and forehead highlight.

I have this in the colour Persimmon, which is a beautiful pale pink (reminds me of the colour of Benefit High Beam). The packaging is a little cute tube, which I have neeaarly mistaken for a lip gloss more than once...

The colour and finish are super pretty on the skin, but I do have a bit of a hard time blending it in because it is pretty sticky. If you use a brush, it sheers out too much and takes away some of the shimmer, but if you use your fingers, it can take a little while to blend in just because of the stickyness.

It is so worth it for the price, it is just gorgeous and I pretty much always get compliments when I wear it.

I am quite new to these kinds of products so I am happy spending just a few dollars on something to see how it goes. This little tube of shimmer happiness costs just $4.00 and is great.

The tube is quite small but you really get some bang for your buck. You need the smallest amount to get a great look. Shimmer is what you get, its gorgeous.

I put just a dab onto my ring fingers and then apply to my face, so simple and it stays in place all day long.

I know you can pay a lot more for highlighters but for me this little gem is a winner.
