I noticed a reduction in the redness in my cheeks. For the price I think this is a really great product and I will continue to use it.

This is a great primer for the price that it is, has a lovely texture and i found it helped set my makeup perfectly leaving a flawless finish and not a lot of product is needed.
I purchased this off Iherb and have been using it for a couple of weeks now, Packaging is classy, white, silver and clear pump bottle, it is a shame you can't see how much is left in the bottle though. You only need the smallest amount, 1 pump will do a little goes a long way.
It does have silica in it, so it has that silicone feel to it, glides on smoothly and leaves that soft silky feel to your skin.
It is a light olive green colour, but once emulsified into your fingers and face, it goes clear, but takes down any redness and irritation.
I have Irish in my blood so I get the days where my cheeks and nose especially get the nice red hue to them, I used to always use a green concealer but always felt heavy on my face. This product leaves my face feeling light and my foundation goes on smoothly.
I do find that later in the day, my nose starts to look flaky and patchy as the foundation starts to come off due to the primer staying quite moist.
Is a great product for the price!
So i love my elf products as they are so affordable and great. I purchased this and feel in love with it (i get red cheeks) It left my skin so soft and a even colour when i applied my foundation and also made it easier to apply my foundation, ive run out at the moment and i miss it my foundation doesnt go on easy and having to use a green correcting stick and doesnt last as long.
Tips: My tip is BUY IT!!
I have never used a primer before. I know so many people say that we are meant to use a primer before foundation. I went and brought this primer to see what it is like. I loved it! It didn't fully hide my redness. It lasted a while, not all day. I would by this primer again.
Tips: Can buy from Kmart
Let me preface this by saying DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE BOTTLE! When I bought this I thought WOW! What a great price! But in reality, the product inside is in a teeny tiny tube so you're probably paying close to a non-drugstore brand if you were to compare size for size. Does that make sense? Despite this, it's lasted me about a month and that includes pulling the pump off and scraping the tube out :P Anyway apart from the very underhanded tactics, I genuinely love the primer inside. I use about 1 and a half to 2 pumps for my entire face. The green definitely cancels out some red. Obviously if you have serious redness you'd be better off with a green concealer but this does the trick for me. The consistency is thick and smooth but is a bit drying. That's perfect for me as my skin is more normal to oily. Does it smooth out my skin? To be honest I have pretty good skin and small pores (thanks GlamGlow super mud!!) so I didn't notice much of a difference. That said, I forgot to put it on one morning and my foundation just wouldn't cooperate! Once I realised I had forgotten my primer I took the foundation off and started again and had total success! So it must work, right? I don't think it particularly helps to keep the makeup in place any longer but as I said, it certainly helps with foundation application. Will I buy it again? Possibly but I think this time I will spend the extra money on the Smashbox one as it'll last me a lot longer.
I really enjoy using the e.l.f primers; they're fairly cheap and work well as a primer. However, I haven't noticed a difference between the primers and they don't seem to be very effective for tone adjusting/fixing redness/etc.
They apply easily and feel nice and smooth, but don't really live up to the expectations advertised. However, for the price,I definitely recommend them for a day-to-day primer.
As I have sensitive skin and red undertones, this does seem to cover the redness very well for a $5 primer. Although I love a Dewey finish and this has a Matt effect so it’s a pass for me but it does it job
Tips: Maybe build with another primer
I saw everyone going on about how amazing this was and how it really helped their redness, and I have redness in my cheeks so I thought I might as well give it a go. For the price, I am incredibly impressed, but I don't think it does a huge amount for my redness. It decreases it slightly once I've put foundation/BB cream on, but not a huge amount. But I like this primer for the fact of how smooth and silky it makes your face feel, because it really does feel gorgeous. I find it also makes your foundation last quite a bit longer than any other cheap primer does, but it doesn't quite last all day. FOr anyone who has never used a green primer before, it can be quite disconcerting and you think it will make your face appear green, but it just blends out to be invisible on your skin.
I was seriously SHOCKED at how good this primer is for its price! I really couldnt believe that it gave me the same silky feel of another skin as the Porefessional gave me! This will definitely be replacing my expensive primers; and I would recommend all the girls to try it! If you put too much it will feel kinda oily/over silky.. So the less the better
Tips: Just use a small pea size dollop! The less the better
