Both are such gorgeous colours. ELF's blush quite light and peachy. It doesn't have much colour payoff but gives a very subtle, healthy glow (on my medium-olive skin tone). The bronzer is just lovely- I find it similar to Too Faced's 'Sun Bunny'- goldy-bronze that's not too shimmery. It comes in such a sleek little package which makes it super handy to carry in my makeup bag. AND ITS SO CHEAP!

Tips: Apply bronzer liberally in hollows of cheeks, eye ridges, down the sides of the nose- apply the blush on apples of cheeks and on eyelids THEN get a big fat fluffy brush and blend it all out. You'll end up with a very subtle, contoured and glowy finish.
I heard this is a nars dupe but I don't think that's entirely true. However I've come to like it a lot- although the blush isn't my fave so I use the bronzer mostly. I was surprised at how dark it was at first but not use it and it looks great- just make sure you blend it properly!! Lasts forever and is really handy , I wish there was a lighter colour though!
I got mine from Iherb (where I buy all of my ELF makeup) in the colour St Lucia and I was really excited to try it out. I was pretty disappointed when I finally did try it.
I find that it doesn't really contour my face that great (perhaps the colour I got was too light to do this) and found it to be a little shimmery.
I do like the blush though, but definitely not a fan of the contour powder.
I have used both the real techniques contour brush and also one of the Jessup face brushes using this product. Don't think I will buy it again. Have just bought the NARS blush kit so will see if that does a better job xx
I was pleasantly surprised with this, I thought it was going to be way to dark for me. When I first applied the bronzer I thought, oh no complete disaster! But once I blended it out, I ended up with a beautiful glow. The blush really compliments the bronzer.
Both the blush and bronzer are nice and pigmented. They go onto your face smoothly.
Give it a go, it's only $3 and if it doesn't work for you it doesn't really matter.
I bought this because it was cheap and looked like the Nars one that I had. Definitely not as good as Nars! It is ok, and I will finish using it. I bought it in America so it was $3, would buy it again if I could get it for that price but wouldn't pay more.
I bought this in the colour 'St Lucia' from iHerb and it definitely does what it should. The blush and contour colours compliment each other perfectly, but I find that the contour is VERY pigmented so I have to be careful how much I apply (because even after blending out I look too dark around the cheekbones) The product does brush on incredibly easily though which is great
i like this product but that's it just "like".
i have st. lucia, its great if you're just starting out or want to save $$$.i like the colors and think they compliment each other well.
i manage to achieve a pretty good contour with the bronzer however its too shimmery for my liking. i also love the blush colour but it doesnt apply very well and doesnt last long at all.
i probably will save up when i want to buy another blush/bronzer duo and buy high quality instead
I bought this product recently as I heard it was a good dupe for Laguna and I'm patiently waiting to stock up on my Nars products for when I go overseas.
I wasn't disappointed with this product, partially because I expected I would be. As I was pleasantly surprised, the pigmentation of the bronzer/contour is wonderful, possible too orange toned for me at this time of the year, but when summer hits and I tan up I'm sure it'll suit better. The blush isn't my favourite, pigmentation is not as good as the bronzer but it does the job.
So down to the details.. the product looks sparkly in the pan. This put me off a bit as contours should be matte to create depth. Sparkle is usually reserved for drawing attention, like on your eye lids. But once applied, there's no noticeable sparkle, a huge relief.
Texture isn't bad, its pretty soft but in the pan, once used, it goes a bit grainy and gross. It does not transfer onto your skin that way but this could put some off.
I applied using a small contour brush for the bronzer and a blush brush for the blush.
Not a bad product, but I still will be shelling out for Laguna ;)
Tips: Don't go crazy on the bronzer, use a good brush. Very pigmented.
I found that both the blush and bronzer are both wayyyyy too shimmery on me when applied as I normally would. I've found ways to make it work though. The blush when applied lightly on a matte base looks decent. But the bronzer is only usable if I'm wanting a VERY glowy bronzed look (when used lightly). Definitely can't use the bronzer as a contour.
Whether this product is worth it really depends on what you want out of it. It's so cheap, but it doesn't technically perform what it's designed to do - the bronzing shade is so shimmery that it isn't effective as a contour. It is quite a warm brown but it does work as a low key bronzer if you have light-medium skin with a warm undertone.
The blush in this is quite nice although do be aware it has large glittery flecks, which can be a bit much for the daytime or if you're not a huge makeup wearer.
The products are highly pigmented but not the finest out there so can be a little difficult to blend.
