I tried the St Lucia duo and I really loved both the blush and the bronzer. The blush is such a stunning shade, it is easy to build up and is great to provide that perfect flush of colour to the cheeks. It does have some sparkle in it, so keep that in mind if you are not into shimmery blushes. But I just find it gives a nice glow and isn't overly glittery. The bronzer works well with a light hand and gradually building it up. Too much can look a bit muddy so just be careful to apply a small amount and blend well. It gives a nice warmth to the face without being orange! I also like this little compact as it was great to travel with. Also, of course another big plus is that this is an affordable and cruelty free option that you can buy at Kmart!

I use this most days for bronzing. I think it performs pretty well for the price, although the blush isn't very pigmented, I think its great for every day casual wear, and as above, for the price it's great!
I purchased the elf contouring duo in st Lucia. I read a lot of bad reviews for it but I decided to try it as its super cheap. Starting with the packaging, I think its sturdy and looks nice. The mirror is nice and clear and the hinge keeps it upright while in use. I hate flimsy lids so yay. The blush side is a light pink with a slight gold shimmer. Reminds me of a muted version of hot mama by the balm. The blush isn't very pigmented compared to the elf single blushes, I actually use tickled pink under this to give it more pop. The bronzer on the other hand is super pigmented. Its a chocolate brown with shimmer. Its not glittery just a shimmer. This gives a beautiful j-lo type glow but needs the lightest hand and lots of blending. I usually prefer matte contouring shades but this surprised me as I'm using this over my Bahama mama right now. Only downside is that it does fade and needs midday reapplying.
Tips: Set your foundation with powder before using this otherwise it will grip your base, be impossible to blend and also look muddy.
I was pleasantly surprised with this, I thought it was going to be way to dark for me. When I first applied the bronzer I thought, oh no complete disaster! But once I blended it out, I ended up with a beautiful glow. The blush really compliments the bronzer.
Both the blush and bronzer are nice and pigmented. They go onto your face smoothly.
Give it a go, it's only $3 and if it doesn't work for you it doesn't really matter.
I got this duo in St Lucia and it's so nice to work with. The two colours are both lovely and creamy and they blend in so nicely. The blush is a bit darker and peachier than I'd usually go for, but it's become one of my staples. It just looks nice and natural and leaves a dewy finish. I'm still getting used to using the bronzer, as it's my first one, and sometimes I'm not sure how much to put on. It blends in very well, so sometimes you think you need more, but as I have a very fair skin tone, I don't want to apply too much!
Tips: If you have very fair skin, try a lighter shade. Applies really well with a flat top brush, or for contouring the nose, a smaller concealer brush and then blend it in with a bigger fluffy brush.
I found this bronzer and blush very shimmery it goes well with my thin lizzy and it's a nice color as well. Easy to use I looove the brush as well the size is perfect :) and the price is awesome :)
I have light to medium skin tone with yellow undertone, and this bronzer is perfectly match my skin tone. it looks shimmery but after apply and blend, it just looks very natural.
the blush is not bad at all, very pigmented, easy to apply and blend, a great color for fall and winter.
the down side of this product is it can be powdery and there can be fall offs when apply, but with the price like $3 bucks, there's nothing can't be work out.
I use this product most days. I wouldn't recommend trying to contour with the bronzer, however I do find I use the bronzer more then the blush as the blush doesn't do much for me personally. For the price you can't really complain & is great for a little extra in the makeup kit!
Tips: When it comes to the bronzer remember less is more, always start with a small amount & build up as you need
So the main reason I brought this was because everyone kept comparing it to the Nars product, so I thought I'd try it. I got my one from makeup.co.nz for $11 i think, so I'm so stoked with the price! The packaging is e.l.f's typical matte balck packaging, which is really sturdy, so that's a plus. Normally the cheaper products have crappy packaging. The bronzer - it looked quite dark when i first saw it, but it actually suits my skin tone pretty good. it has some shimmer in it as well, but nothing too crazy. Just enough I'd say. Go very easy at first and then build up the colour as i find the bronzer a little bit difficult to blend. Nothing major, but always always easier if you build the colour. Not much fall out, which is great. I'm a clean freak, so I hate getting powder eveyrwhere lol. The blush - gorgeous pink colour with a gold shimmer. You definitely have to build this blush, but it looks amazing on my skin tone once I get my desired colour. Overall - pretty good product at an affordable price. I can't complain. I'll try the Nars product one day, but for now, I'm happy with my e.l.f compact :)
Yep, another win! There is nothing negative to say about this compact. The bronzer is perfect for everyday use- as is the blush although needs a bit of blending and you don't need highlighter as its quite gold 'shimmery'
Tips: You only need a little bit, don't load your brush!! Blend blend blend
