Hmm im not a huge fan of the brow pencil but the highlighter works well. I feel as though it go's on super thick and cakes on, no matter what i do, I use a brush to blend it in and it clearly looks very unnatural. The highlighter side does the same but works well once blended with your finger or brush so I do use that side. I paid $3 on iherb so was cheap enough to buy it just to try it out. Its a large pencil as well so there is a lot of product.

e.l.f Eyebrow Lifter & Filler Review
e.l.fEyebrow Lifter & Filler Review
Create polished and defined brows for a flawless fuller look! The 'lift' pencil's sheer light-reflecting pigments act as an arch support under the brows to enhance and outline the shape for a more youthful and awakened look. While the 'fill' pencil shades in the eyebrow to blend in the natural shape, fill in any sparse areas and define the lines.

I won't complain too much as I purchased for dirt cheap of iherb but wouldn't bother with repurchasing again.
It's a good sized fat pencil that is very easy to apply, my problem with it is that it is too soft and creamy and doesn't last on my skin all that well.
It's easy to apply as it's so soft but that also means the pencil needs to be resharpened after every second use, it's not going to last all that long! The highlight part of the pencil seems to be the worst as it's very hard to blend in and have it look natural.
The one good point is the colour, I have the dark brown which suits my skin really well, just doesn't last and smudges off in no time flat.
All in all this is something I could easily see myself throwing away, but as I'm so cheap, and like to try everything before giving up on a product I switched to using this as an eyeliner, still a fail.
I thought I'd give this a go as I purchased cheap off iherb. I'm not overly impressed with the filler, I possibly could've done with a shade lighter though. The filler is way too pigmented, thick and gluggy, and it cakes easily. I've tried to perfect it and the technique that seems to work best is applying a tiny bit to the bottom brow line, and then blending it with an angled brush. Although due to its' thick creamy texture, it doesn't glide on and blend out as evenly as much as I'd like and the pencil to too thick to create a defined sharp look. By the end of the day it has caked in chunks that look very unnatural. The highlighter is good, Ivory is definitely to pink and pale for my olive skin tone, and it also goes on in a thick/creamy consistency so you have to blend it with a finger. It's plastic lid with the sharpener end seems to have expanded and now falls off every time I put it back on, and I keep finding lines and messes in my make up case because of it. I'll keep it as an emergency back up product, but I would not bother to purchase it again.
have been using the E.L.F eyebrow filler & Lifter for about a month now. At first I thought it was ok, Loved the highliter wored well with my brows, could use to highlight other places too. As for the Brow filler... it worked well for me for the first week but as you keep sharpening the tip gets thicker so you brows get thicker. Would work perfectly if pencil was thinner. Has harsh lines that I found hard to blend too.. disappointed as I love e.l.f cosmetics!
I love E.L.F normally but this product was a huge fail for me, I was really gutted.
As we all know, eyebrows have become really huge in a makeup application now days so when I saw this and saw the price $3 I thought yes, this is going to give nice beautiful filled in brows with that gorgeous highlight everyone wants.... Well I was wrong, extremely wrong, the product in the pencil was just so soft that even trying to do a light application gave me these thick ugly block brows and even to use a brows brush to take off some product did not help me.
The highlighter end of it, was a bit better, it was blendable and alot easier to manage but I found the product to peachy, it wasn't a nice tone for my skin so unfortunately that did not work out either.
The actual pencil itself was great, it had a lid for 1 end and a pencil sharpener for the other, it was easy to chuck into any makeup bag or even handbag for those clubbing nights, that was great.
Over though not a fan of this one, will not be using again nor will I recommend to anyone for use.
This product is amazing. I use the dark end to fill my brows and the light end to highlight. It is the perfect colour for my brows! I do find that if you apply this product straight onto your brows...it will get messy and you will have overly fake filled in brows (If you like that look, definitely do that...but if you don't like it, then don't do that :P)
I apply this with a flat tipped brush (usually for eyeliner) by running the brush against the product and applying it to the brow from the brush rather than the product, and gradually create a darker look. This product so far is a staple part of my makeup routine!
Tips: ^Tips are above~
I am obsessed with getting my eyebrows right and when I saw e.l.f. had this, I bought it straight away as I like having the double pencils in one.
I've tried the fill pencil and it's ok. Not amazing but it did the job. I found the pencil too think though and it could look unnatural if you applied it with a heavy hand.
What I like is the lift pencil as I use it to draw outline my eyebrows and really define it.
Both the pencils are creamy and for the price, I can't complain. I would use this just for the lift part and it's still worth buying for me.
I found this to be pretty average. It wasn't as good as I was expecting, although I may have not used it properly (although I don't know any other way to use it). The fill pencil works fine although wasn't very long lasting and the lift pencil I didn't feel very confident with using it. it didn't blend well and was very vibrant!
i ordered this product last week and my first time using it wasn't what i expected. it was a lot thicker than expected but i know i applied it heavier than suppose to. i think the pencil needs to be thinner but once I've learnt how to use it my opinion may chance
I purchased the medium one, the pencil was more red than brown and the lifter was darker than my skin tone so the whole thing was wrong. But maybe the lighter shade will work better but I'm not too interested in finding out.
