have been using the E.L.F eyebrow filler & Lifter for about a month now. At first I thought it was ok, Loved the highliter wored well with my brows, could use to highlight other places too. As for the Brow filler... it worked well for me for the first week but as you keep sharpening the tip gets thicker so you brows get thicker. Would work perfectly if pencil was thinner. Has harsh lines that I found hard to blend too.. disappointed as I love e.l.f cosmetics!

e.l.f Eyebrow Lifter & Filler Review
e.l.fEyebrow Lifter & Filler Review
Create polished and defined brows for a flawless fuller look! The 'lift' pencil's sheer light-reflecting pigments act as an arch support under the brows to enhance and outline the shape for a more youthful and awakened look. While the 'fill' pencil shades in the eyebrow to blend in the natural shape, fill in any sparse areas and define the lines.

This product is amazing. I use the dark end to fill my brows and the light end to highlight. It is the perfect colour for my brows! I do find that if you apply this product straight onto your brows...it will get messy and you will have overly fake filled in brows (If you like that look, definitely do that...but if you don't like it, then don't do that :P)
I apply this with a flat tipped brush (usually for eyeliner) by running the brush against the product and applying it to the brow from the brush rather than the product, and gradually create a darker look. This product so far is a staple part of my makeup routine!
Tips: ^Tips are above~
I am obsessed with getting my eyebrows right and when I saw e.l.f. had this, I bought it straight away as I like having the double pencils in one.
I've tried the fill pencil and it's ok. Not amazing but it did the job. I found the pencil too think though and it could look unnatural if you applied it with a heavy hand.
What I like is the lift pencil as I use it to draw outline my eyebrows and really define it.
Both the pencils are creamy and for the price, I can't complain. I would use this just for the lift part and it's still worth buying for me.
I found this to be pretty average. It wasn't as good as I was expecting, although I may have not used it properly (although I don't know any other way to use it). The fill pencil works fine although wasn't very long lasting and the lift pencil I didn't feel very confident with using it. it didn't blend well and was very vibrant!
i ordered this product last week and my first time using it wasn't what i expected. it was a lot thicker than expected but i know i applied it heavier than suppose to. i think the pencil needs to be thinner but once I've learnt how to use it my opinion may chance
I love this. It was an 'after-thought' purchase on iHerb, to fill out my order. I've ordered a lot of other brow kits recently and thought why not just add this into the mix. It was a great decision.
I chose the Medium/Ivory shade. I am blonde but I like my brows to be a bit darker and bolder. The Medium colour is great, just what I hoped for. The pencil is quite chubby, and it's double ended. One of the lids has a built in sharpener which is really handy.
I find the texture of the pencil very soft, it does tend to smudge really easily so I am careful not to rub or touch my brows when I've applied this.
The Ivory end is the best bit - after my brows are filled and coloured - this little baby comes along and sharpens them up! I use this to define under my brow line, it really tidies up the line and gives a clean-looking finish. I apply the pencil line and then use a camouflage brush to blend it in.
Great purchase - another e.l.f. win.
Tips: You may want use a setting powder or gel over this - it's very smudgy on it's own. (Not a great look to have brow all down your face).
I purchased this last year when i found out the Eyebrows are just as important as a smile, I thought the idea of having the double ended pencil was awesome, as you dont have to rummage around your kit to find things. I love the affordability of this, and the colour is great, but unfortunatly i found that the eyebrow filler part was very soft and the tip would 'round' really quickly (like what a lipstick does) which made it really hard to fill in my brows, it is like it melts on my skin? I have to sharpen it each use because of this. The 'lifter' end im not too fussed with as the one i have is slightly pink toned and does not blend very well and it actually slips during the day. The size of the product is great, as is the price. But unfortunalty i will most probably only use this once my other brow pencils run out.
Tips: no tips, for this product from me, but if you do have the same trouble as i do with the tip been soft, try popping it in the freezer for a little bit, it may help. xx
I purchased this as I quite like the Elf Eyebrow Kit and thought this would be a quicker option due to the pencil style of the product. Unfortunately it just didn't work out for me.
First off I found the none of the shades were really suitable for my dark/medium brown hair. The medium shade looked too on the red side while the dark brown was just the wrong shade of brown (and not actually that dark oddly enough). The product is very soft and waxy feeling on the eyebrow and I found this looked very unnatural in my brows (although looked a lot better when combed out with a spoole, but, still not as natural as I would have liked). The softness and fat design of the pencil means that it quickly loses it's tip and you are unable to mimic brow hairs as you fill in the brows as is possible with smaller brow pencils (I think this and the formula of the product is what gives it an unnatural look), not to mention wasting a ton of product sharpening it every use or more.
I am very pale skinned so was unable to use the other end of the product as it is intended as a brow bone highlight as it is darker than my skin so would not give a lifting effect anyhow. I did however try it as a waterline brightener and this works, but, it is not very long lasting in the waterline.
This is not something I am going to repurchase or that I would recommend as I think there are better options out there. It may be super affordable, but, so is the elf eyebrow kit (which I think is far better than this) and I still don't think it is worth it. Eyebrows that look obviously drawn on are worse than unfilled brows and this is the look that this product gives me unfortunately.
Tips: I recommend the Elf Eyebrow Kit over this.
I love E.L.F normally but this product was a huge fail for me, I was really gutted.
As we all know, eyebrows have become really huge in a makeup application now days so when I saw this and saw the price $3 I thought yes, this is going to give nice beautiful filled in brows with that gorgeous highlight everyone wants.... Well I was wrong, extremely wrong, the product in the pencil was just so soft that even trying to do a light application gave me these thick ugly block brows and even to use a brows brush to take off some product did not help me.
The highlighter end of it, was a bit better, it was blendable and alot easier to manage but I found the product to peachy, it wasn't a nice tone for my skin so unfortunately that did not work out either.
The actual pencil itself was great, it had a lid for 1 end and a pencil sharpener for the other, it was easy to chuck into any makeup bag or even handbag for those clubbing nights, that was great.
Over though not a fan of this one, will not be using again nor will I recommend to anyone for use.
I thought I'd give this a go as I purchased cheap off iherb. I'm not overly impressed with the filler, I possibly could've done with a shade lighter though. The filler is way too pigmented, thick and gluggy, and it cakes easily. I've tried to perfect it and the technique that seems to work best is applying a tiny bit to the bottom brow line, and then blending it with an angled brush. Although due to its' thick creamy texture, it doesn't glide on and blend out as evenly as much as I'd like and the pencil to too thick to create a defined sharp look. By the end of the day it has caked in chunks that look very unnatural. The highlighter is good, Ivory is definitely to pink and pale for my olive skin tone, and it also goes on in a thick/creamy consistency so you have to blend it with a finger. It's plastic lid with the sharpener end seems to have expanded and now falls off every time I put it back on, and I keep finding lines and messes in my make up case because of it. I'll keep it as an emergency back up product, but I would not bother to purchase it again.
