I bought this mascara because it was cheap and I wanted a back-up mascara.
It didn't clump or stick together once on my lashes, but it was very dry and almost difficult to apply. I'm not sure if that was to do with the wand (which I didn't like) or the formula itself.
While the mascara did lengthen my lashes slightly, it didn't give them any volume, and it looked almost as if I wasn't wearing any mascara, even after several coats. The only difference between wearing this mascara and wearing no mascara was my lashes were slightly longer and my lower lashes were more defined.
This mascara did smudge, and at the end of the day I had panda eyes. I didn't wear any on my lower lashes after that and it solved the panda-eye problem, but I stopped using it as it did hardly anything to my lashes, even after layering it.
It was cheap, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. There's other cheap mascaras you can get that don't smudge and give your lashes more length and volume.
When I see something on BR without any reviews it makes me sad... so when I saw that this was extra cheap on iherb at USD$2.99 I thought I would pick it up. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect mascara so I don't mind having a few back ups.
The packaging is pretty nice. Matte black, long and slim. The handle is the longest bit which is kind of strange, and makes you think there must be less product than normal in the product end (although there is probably not). Unfortunately the wand reminds me of the Maybelline Great Lash which I didn't find that great. It is just a swirl of natural type bristles.
The mascara itself is incredibly dry, although not clumpy. It is almost as though the brush can't pick up much of the product. IT doesn't clump which is nice and it does define the lashes, but there is no length or volumizing in site. Also I found that it does smudge a bit on me by the end of the day underneath the eye, which I hate!
Overall I am not a fan, and there are so many other better mascaras out there so I won't be repurchasing.
