I have this liquid lipstick in 'Pink Lemonade', 'Cherry Tart' and 'Ruby Slipper'. These are all nice colours and I especially love 'Pink Lemonade' - such a flattering pink shade with a smattering of gold. As far as the formula goes, these are pretty poor. They are comfortable on and have a satin finish, but they don't even last an hour on. I've got glosses that last longer! Won't buy again, even though the price is so affordable.

I bought these off iherb so am so glad that I didn't spend too much money on them because I am highly disappointed in them. I usually like e.l.f and the range of cosmetics they have at an affordable price but this failed to excite me. I have it in the shades, Cherry Tart and Ruby Slipper. They are on the darker side of red shades.
To say that it is a rich pigment and long lasting lipstick is very misleading and to put it bluntly, a lie! The consistency is so sticky and thick and is not very pleasant to wear on my lips. It almost had a menthol smell and it makes my lips tingle in a not very nice way. Basically it feels like a sticky lipgloss and only lasts about half an hour before I have to reapply again. What a waste of my time and money!
The design of the tube itself is not a greatly thought out idea. When I first wound up the product it took a good 20-25 twists for the product to get to the sponge applicator at the top. To me the applicator is very unhygienic and dirty. You constantly put it on your lips then it sits until you use it again. I wish I could clean it but learned my lesson after I tried to the first time. The sponge ended up not working after I washed it. The fibres stick out and the product comes out unevenly. I wouldn't even waste my time buying it to be honest unless you want a lipgloss product with a bit of colour to it.
Tips: DO NOT wash the sponge applicator
Liquid lipstick? More like liquid disappointment. My least favourite product from my recent iherb haul for sure. It's not even worth the few bucks I paid for it and feels just as cheap as it looks. It's sticky, too sheer and gets magically rubbed off way to easily. My color, cherry tart, was a weird combination of red and pink. The applicator was not working at all. I twisted the bottom part about a hundred times before color started seeping out the top. But when I tried to apply it I had to stop halfway through and twist it more. Nope. I'm so done with this. Just don't even buy it.
First off this is definitely not a liquid lipstick. It is actually a gloss so I do not know why they market it as a liquid lipstick. As a gloss it is decent and a good dupe for the Sila Lip glazes I believe. It does have a medicated tingly feel and has a weird scent that I'm not really sure about. However for the price it alright and would recommend if you like lipgloss.
Tips: I buy all my elf products from iherb.com and it is a lot cheaper
If you are after a gloss at an affordable price then you have found one!
I am definitely not a lipgloss girl. I could talk about lipstick all day everyday but I just don't go anywhere near lipgloss which is why I was rather disappointed with this product and it's false labelling.
However, as a gloss, this is pretty good. I received this as a gift from a friend and I use it a fair bit as it was nice to do something a little different.
Would I buy another? Probably not. Not because it was a bad product but just because I am simply not someone that goes nuts for gloss. Sorry Elf, I love you guys!
These liquid lipsticks are more like lip glosses than lipsticks. They are sticky and they smell very minty. I don't mine month smells but these smell too strong. They aren't too pigmented and are very shimmer. For the price their not bad. I purchased them for one dollar at shopmissa
This is a lipgloss. Pure and simple. I have the shade baby lips.
It's super sticky with little colour pay off. I quite like the minty smell but I know some people would find it a bit off putting. I rarely use this and if I do, I use it in moderation because it's so sticky.
I think the only good thing about this is the packaging. I like that you can see how much has been used. Unfortunately that's where the good points of this product end. I would not repurchase or recommend.
I love lip glosses and purchased one of these from big bucket deals because I liked the applicator. I got the pink lemonade colour. I knew from the packaging that it was a gloss and not a lipstick. I do love that you twist the bottom to get your product into the sponge at the top to put it on but I don't love that it's very gooey and sticky. The product does soften my lips but struggled to get over the sticky, felt like glue. I do keep this in my handbag as an emergency gloss for instant shine but it's not my preferred option.
I have the shade Pink Lemonade. I like this as a lip gloss but it's definitely not a lipstick. The texture is thick and quite gooey but not unpleasant for casual use as a lip gloss. The applicator is easy to use, the colour is slick and natural-looking and the flavour/smell is minty, which appeals. In my opinion, this should be re-labelled as a lip gloss so consumers know what to expect. Other than that, I might repurchase - I like keeping this in my handbag as emergency dash of moisture/colour.
Do not buy. This product is horrendous. Its thick, its sticky and it is literally a lipgloss. It is easy to apply but the little brush on it seems pretty unhygienic to me. I like cleaning my products but the brush on this doesn't look like i could wash it in warm soapy water or wipe it down. Mine, for some odd reason, smells minty. Is this normal? I dont want to wear this product out of the house and have people associate me with toothpaste. Not much was needed to get a desired coverage. Like one click, maybe two. Which i guess is pretty convenient since you do have to turn it for any product to come out so you control whether you prefer one or two or more clicks. I wouldn't recommend or use again. I don't like lipglosses though.
Tips: Only use if you like lipglosses,
