This setting spray really set my bakeup and gave it a really nice natural looking finish. I found it hydrated my skin nicely and did not make my makeup look cakey or thick.

I find that its quite clumpy and doesnt spray very finely for even coverage. It has a bit of an odd smell, and I find that I have to use a powder brush to pat it dry and evenly on my face. Its great for the price, but I feel like when my bottle is finished, I might try another product in place of this one.
Tips: I find I need to use a powder brush to get even coverage and for it to dry quickly.
I have very oily skin and I struggle to find anything that keeps my eye shadow from creasing within an hour and make up creasing, no matter what mattifying products I use, I'm just an oily person. I've yet to find a setting spray to truly make my make up last all day, the only thing that does is hair spray! I decided to give this a go as it was cheap compared to other setting sprays, and I figured it couldn't hurt. I found this wasn't useless as it does hydrate your make-up, and prevent fading and increase the longevity of make up, but by no means is it a miracle worker.
The product comes in a simple black pump bottle with white writing. The writing scratches off pretty quick so it looks ugly, but to be expected for the price. The pump does tend to spray the mist unevenly so you may end up with quite wet patches on certain areas of your face. The scent is barely detectible, it just smells fresh. This dries down pretty quickly and doesn't wet your make-up like the Australis one. I was impressed to find that this did prevent my eye shadow from fading as quickly and improved the longevity of my eye shadow, concealer and foundation, and this did far more than more expensive setting sprays have done for me. This is very hydrating and is great as a make up mist. However, don't expect this to perform like the Urban Decay setting spray and prevent your make up from budging, it didn't for me, I still ended up with shiny worn make up by the end of the day. However, this did enough to improve my make up to justify the price and I would use it again.
I had heard that this was a good cheap setting spray and when I saw the price I just had to get it. I think this setting spray does a decent job but there are definitely better setting sprays out there. However for the price you pay its definitely worth it. I found that it does set my make up but it won't last for he whole day.
I found that this spray leaves your skin feeling a bit sticky and tacky until t dries. It does take a few minutes to dry. This is the main thing I dislike about this product.
Overall for the price you pay I would definitely recommend giving it a go. I probably wouldn't purchase this again as I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality product, but for the price it is you can't really expect anything more.
This is a rather watery setting spray. Gives my make up an oily look after setting my powder. Wouldn't buy again.
I got this off iherb for $4NZ! I have dry skin and have never been able to use powder to set my foundation or to contour with, but since using the elf mist and set I can set my foundation with powder, use a couple spritzes of the spray over top of powder and it sets amazingly, no dry patches or cakeyness at all. It definitely hydrates my skin which makes my foundation look flawless for longer.
I picked this up from Kmart when it first came in and was pleasantly surprised! It settled the powders on my face and got rid of the cakey look that sometimes follows after powdering down the foundation. It definitely extends the wear of your makeup but it doesn't smell all that good.
This setting spray does seem to do the job. Its cheap enough that I don't need to worry about how many sprays I do unlike what you see in Youtube videos and you're like "thats definitely a $5 spray right there" when they spray their high end setting sprays. my only downside is this isn't a great smelling product but it gets the job done. Its not a chunky mist and its not super fine - a nice spray thats not going to spray you in the eye.
So I ordered this (in a bit of an ELF haul) from iHerb, which was a lot of fun. It came all wet so I think it may have leaked a little bit?
Aside from that, this setting spray is really good. It doesn't come out too wet (and then doing the opposite by pulling the makeup off!) and I genuinely think that it really helped to keep my makeup on for longer. I would recommend it to others that don't have a setting spray and want to try something out because it's so affordable but the reason I wouldn't try it again is just because I've heard great things about other setting sprays that I think I might invest in next time.
All in all it's a great spray and it truly works so worth a shot!
This was the first setting spray that I ever purchased, and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately I found that it didn't do anything for me.
I bought this for about $10 from Kmart. The packaging looks and feels quite cheap as it is made from thin plastic, but it is a budget brand so I guess that's to be expected. The spray has a sort of fresh cucumber smell, but I didn't really like it.
The spray is very wet. Even if you only apply a little bit, it really soaks your face. I also found that the nozzle didn't evenly spray the liquid onto my face. Some places on my face would still be dry, while other parts would have large water droplets. However the wetness of this product did remove any 'cakeyness' on my face. The finish of this product is dewy, but it can also leave you looking a bit greasy if you have oily skin like me. If you're looking for a setting spray that leaves you looking matte, then this isn't the product for you.
I didn't find that this product helped to set my makeup or make it last longer, which was the reason I purchased it in the first place. I continued to use this spray for a month, but it ended up leaking in my makeup bag so I chucked it out. I definitely wouldn't repurchase it.
