e.l.f Mineral Infused Primer

This has to be the weirdest feeling primer I have used..... It feels like a powder.. but it also feels like it never sets/dries? It definitely does what it says but I feel like you have to wait a while before applying foundation over top of it due to the fact that it still feels wet, and it feels like it clogs my pores a little. Good product but for me, the way that it feel once on lets it down.

I like ELF. This was the first primer I ever bough after watching a girl on YouTube, and she showed off ELF and I couldn't believe how cheap everything was! I purchased my bottle off of iHerb (which I found at the same time as ELF, dangerous). I paid about $6 or $7 USD.

The bottle is white with a clear lid and white and silver pump. If you look at the bottom you can see the little pump thing that pushes the product up. The product itself is a clear and gel like, and applies like a dream. My face is so soft! I let this sink in for a few minutes before applying any foundation.

I find it holds my foundation fairly well over the day, with only a bit of wear in tear in places like around my nose, or mouth. I really like this primer and I would gladly buy it again!

Such a bargain. I had never used a primer before using this one - I thought for the cost it would be a good starter for a beginner like me, if I didn't like it, it only cost me $6!

I love the packaging, a pumper is so easy to use and pushes the product to the top - no product goes to waste. The product itself comes out like a gel and spreads so easily over my face. It doesn't feel cakey on my face either. I have no other primer to compare this to but I love it. It has no scent and my skin hasn't had any reaction to it. I thought having a primer would make my face feel fuller but it feels very light.

Having this on my face makes applying my liquid foundation so much easier, it glides on my skin effortlessly.

For a very cheap primer, I think this is great. It has a silicone smooth texture which glides on the skin. It really does fill in the lines on my face and smoothens it out making my foundation application better. It is not the best primer out there but for its price, it's great. I love how this feels on the skin and I like how it has a pump which makes it easy to use. This is a good every day primer that won't break the bank.

This is my everyday primer I use under a cream foundation and it's good help smooths my skin without being too heavy definitely doesn't prolong wear just makes for a better canvas

This is my favourite primer for everyday use. It makes my foundation last all day long and covers my (huge) pores on my nose and forehead. It helps my foundation to not stick to dry patches around my face as well because I have quite dry skin.

I know they come with green, purple and yellow primers as well so it's such a great range but I've yet to try out the other shades.

The packaging is so great too - it has a pump but the only thing with this is that sometimes it doesn't pump out evenly so you might get a lot in one pump then next to nothing in another.

It has a very silicone-y feel to the formula and it's not that lightweight (I can definitely feel it on the skin but with other primers like the Benefit Porefessional I can't) so if you aren't into that feeling you might not like this.

Overall it's a great product to ensure your foundation is long-lasting and it's good for everyday use, and the price is one you can't really beat.

If you love the E.L.F primers you need to buy the radiance glow version of the mineral infused primer, it is my holy grail it has the same smooth velvety texture but has a shimmery gold glitter look.. I use this primer every single day and even have a back up for when i run out. You only need one pump and i found this lasts alot longer than my other primers. I would 100% recommend

Too much of this will be far too slippy, but a small amount (no more than 1 pump!) will be perfect. I find this rather similar to the Smashbox primer - but at a fraction of the price of course! Some people have issues with the pump, I've personally never had a broken pump, but even if I did - that's not a deal breaker when it's that cheap, I would just open it up and use a q-tip to get it out each time. It gives me such a smooth canvas to apply my foundation.

The e.l.f Mineral Infused Primer is a very good product for the price. It provides a smooth base for your makeup, I really like how my face feels after I use this primer. It also mattifies your face and prolongs your makeup like it claims. Feels like the bottle runs out very quickly though.

When I first got this (from K Mart) I was a little sceptical as I normally use the benefit primer, however, I really wanted to buy a cheaper product as it can get quite costly using primer all the time.

It comes in a medium sized bottle, and the pump provides generous amounts of the product, so you really need to be careful and not go overbroad.

It feels so beautifully silky, I loved it mainly because of this! It just applies so gently and smoothly on your face, blending out gracefully... makes you face feel like silk! Not even kidding...

I wanted to see how it would effect or not effect my makeup on top.. and I was happy to see that my foundation glided on gorgeously, and stayed on for quite a while. I'm sure that was because of the primer, so honestly, it acted just like my more expensive primers.

It's definitely a product I would rebuy!
