e.l.f Mineral Infused Primer

I liked this product however it smells very chemically. It definately does what it says and is a lovely canvas for applying foundation over, My foundation lasts all day when I use this ! I have quite dry skin and it is relatively moisturising too !

I loved this primer it does the job well and is super affordable! i got mine off iHerb for about $6.

i like the texture of this. its kind of thick and gel-like. its very easy to blend out onto the skin and feels great. it creates a smooth clean base for your foundation.

I find that my foundation does definitely last longer when i use this and it applies so much smoother than usual.

I cant say that it helps with fine lines or pores though... i still get foundation in the tiny lines under my eyes. i dont notice any difference in reduction of my pores either.

i would recommend this primer to anyone who is maybe just starting out and doesnt want to spend too much money. good for the price :)

I ran out of my usual primer while away so needed a new one. I had heard so many great things about e.l.f. I thought I would give it a go. It's in a great easy to use pump bottle. I found that one pump was more than enough to cover my face. The texture glides on silky and feels light on the skin. I think it definitely helps my makeup stay a lot more than my usual one did. The only downside to it is the smell. I find the smell not particularly pleasant, it's almost a chemical sort of smell.

This was my first ever primer I had purchase and think that it is definitely a winner. I have tried other primers by Rimmel but for the price the Elf primer wins hands down. I only need to use one pump and that is enough to cover my face, it leaves my face feeling very smooth and silky which helps my make up apply and look more flawless. I'm not sure how well it des on keeping your make up looking good all day but is very good to make our face smooth for your foundation. $6 off iHerb or $10 from Kmart so it is very affordable.

I have only tried the green coloured primer, but i love it. it is my daily primer, it feels so silky smooth and creates a great base for foundation. i love that they offer all different colours to help counteract discolouration.

I definitely notice a difference with my make up application if I use/do not use this primer first. This primer helps my make up application as it gives a good base for my foundation/concealer to sit on. When I don't use the primer, I find that my foundation looks stodgy and patchy, as well as being very difficult to blend and spread.

This is such an affordable product, I buy mine off of iherb. I'm quite new to primers and this was a very good one to start off with. I'm not sure whether it is the best on the market but for its price, I would presume that it's up there. The packaging is basic but doesn't look 'cheap'. It uses a pump which is a good way to distribute the right amount of product; I have not had any problems with the pump.

The primer feels silky and has a silicone smell to it which you get used it although it does put me off the product a little bit.

Ok so its my first time buying and trying a primer. So i will give my most honest review as i can. I had to seek some recommendations from a friend of mine that sells make up and she gave me a few to bring home and try for a few weeks. This primer out of the three grabbed my full attention, not only was it silky silky smooth when applying but it doesn't have a heavy feel to it like the others which made me want to rub it off. Anyway i waited for mine to dry first and then i applied my foundation later like my friend had said. I could absolutely say that at that point i knew i had been doing my makeup so wrong for some time hehehe. I was blown away with the smooth coverage and hold that this product was allowing the rest of my makeup to do. mY Eye shadows sit right and hold longer and when i had asked my friend how much was it going to cost me i thought she was going to say my soul because of the quality. But she said i could get it for like $9....woah what a steal. I stand by this product because it helped cover a few of my large pores without showing through after my foundation and the fine lines from under my eyes. Thank you e.l.f

To be honest this is the very first primer I've used so I cant compare to how it works against other primers. Firstly, just a few wee bad points..there isn't a lot of product in this container, I didn't read the amount that's in it I just judged off the size of the bottle, which is a bit of a trick since there's just a smaller tube inside the bottle that's full of product. I've also found it's hard to find in store, every Kmart I've been to is sold out most of the time but it can be bought online so that's alright. Now the good stuff! The product itself is really nice and smooth, you don't need much of it to cover your face and you only need to wait a couple minutes for it to dry enough to then apply your foundation. It definitely helps to control the oil on my face but it doesn't disguise some of my larger than life pores! All in all I'll purchase this primer again, for the price of it there really isn't much to complain about.

I like ELF. This was the first primer I ever bough after watching a girl on YouTube, and she showed off ELF and I couldn't believe how cheap everything was! I purchased my bottle off of iHerb (which I found at the same time as ELF, dangerous). I paid about $6 or $7 USD.

The bottle is white with a clear lid and white and silver pump. If you look at the bottom you can see the little pump thing that pushes the product up. The product itself is a clear and gel like, and applies like a dream. My face is so soft! I let this sink in for a few minutes before applying any foundation.

I find it holds my foundation fairly well over the day, with only a bit of wear in tear in places like around my nose, or mouth. I really like this primer and I would gladly buy it again!

For a very cheap primer, I think this is great. It has a silicone smooth texture which glides on the skin. It really does fill in the lines on my face and smoothens it out making my foundation application better. It is not the best primer out there but for its price, it's great. I love how this feels on the skin and I like how it has a pump which makes it easy to use. This is a good every day primer that won't break the bank.
