Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation Review

I cannot rave enough about this foundation and recommend it to everyone! Great coverage, great colours and great lasting power! I wore double wear while at a wedding in Rarotonga and my foundation stayed beautiful all day!

This foundation IS on the costly side, but, there's a reason for it. Perfect coverage, SPF included, no surprise colours at the end of the day. I can't thank Estee enough for creating this fabulous product. Honestly...invest!

Amazing foundation, great coverage, natural looking and long lasting, everything you need in a foundation! It's a bit pricey but totally worth it. And you can normally get a free sample at Farmers

This foundation does as it says it would. I love it and when I am looking at heading out I reach for this foundation. I love the flawless finish that it gives while covering up any flaws.. The perfect full coverage foundation

I LOVE this foundation its so amazing! Gives flawless coverage and stays on for hours. I suffer fro the horrid 'shiny nose' lol after a couple hours my nose is shining. This foundation holds it off for an extra couple of hours i only have to touch up once a day i love it.

I LOVE this product, I actually used it while staying at a friends place & i was blown away at the coverage & how flawless it looked. Unfortunately it is out of my price range :(

i love estee lauder i use to use this foundation everyday when i was working in the pharmacy, as we got an allocation for our make up and skin care so i have tried a lot of brand

i really liked this foundation it has a med to full coverage that truly is flawless all day has a great choice of colors so you can get your perfect match. it was great not having to soak all my white work tops because of foundation stains round the neck also they brought out doublewear light just as i left this still has the flawless look that last all day just feels alot lighter on the skin and was more of a med covarage i like that more now I'm not working in the pharmacy the price of the foundation really is out of my price bracket

Since I bought this foundation a year or so ago my skin has changed and is now a lot more dry - especially on my cheeks where I've started getting eczema-like patches, but still with a somewhat oily t-zone. The Double Wear does NOT sit nicely on the dry bits and I'd almost given up on it when I got some advice from a lovely girl about using a damp sponge (think Beauty Blender) to apply it. I have no words to describe how flawless my skin looks now even with the dryness! Smooth, awesome coverage, not too matte, and stays put aaalll day, even when it's hot/windy/rainy. I love it even more because I don't have to apply heaps of it and it never feels heavy or cakey.

Double Wear has a really decent range of colours too - I've always struggled to find something that suits my olive-ish skin tone but this range has the perfect shade for me!

Fantastic product and I love it, but I just wish it was either a) not so expensive, or b) came in a larger bottle for the same price. I feel like I could get something that's better value for money!

I bought a bottle of this to use as my wedding foundation after the one the makeup artist trialled on me just slid off after an hour! My skin is pretty normal on a day-to-day basis but it goes extremely oily when I'm nervous or stressed for some reason! Your wedding day is definitely a pretty stressful occasion and I knew I needed a long-lasting foundation.

Double wear performed so well on the day, lasting from about 10a.m. to 11p.m., through light rain, tears, and lots of kisses and hugs. I did use a powder over it and touched up once or twice. I was so impressed though. I have never had a foundation last so well.

Overall, I was very impressed and would buy this again despite the fairly hefty price tag.

tried two samples of this and absolutely loved. it's great coverage and more natural looking rather than cakey. expensive, but would love to buy! waiting for the day i have saved up enough, as i am only a poor 14 year old student :(
