Maybelline The Colossal Cat's Eyes

Well, I have a love hate relationship with mascara due to my very deep set strangely shaped eyes but this produce - AHmazing! I have lost count of the times I have been told I have 'feline-features' while wearing this mascara, and I never get tired of hearing it. I lose a great deal of confidence due to having a niggly little lazy eye, but I seem to find myself booseted dramatically simply by wearing this beauty. Waterproof or not it wears fabulously well, no reapplication required. No clumps, major definition and lengthy goodness to top it all off!! Winner winner!

As someone with naturally long lashes, I have the upper hand already. This is by far my favourite and most long lasting mascara I have used. It didn't glug as quick as the others and always was easy to take off aswell as withstanding the test of times on my eyelashes for an event or daily wear. It was easy to layer the amount I wanted and always made my eyes pop even more! LOVE this

I purchashed this mascara after hearing a friend rave about it. I was not disappointed! Some people find the curved wand off-putting or annoying but I love it. It makes it sooo easy to apply to all of your lashes, it grabs onto all of them and separates the lashes nicely. The formula is quite thin so it doesnt clump easy yet its thick enough to give plenty of volume and length. The only problem I have with it is how difficult it is to remove. I have the waterproof one and I use an avon makeup remover but it has no effect, it just wont budge! Hence why even though I love the mascara I dont often reach for it as its such a struggle to remove it without pulling lashes out and irritating my eye area. Perhaps its just time to invest in a new makeup remover, that may do the trick?

This mascara is amazing on my lashes for lengthening, separating and volumising. I love how the wand it curved so I can really get into my short inner lashes and also the outer lashes. It's also great for the bottom lashes. Definitely a repurchase for me.

I bought this mascara purely because of the packaging. i love the cute leopard type print on the tube. The wand is small which I like because this means it is a lot easier to wiggle around and get mascara on every lash. This mascara is not clumpy at all and makes my lashes very long! With this I found that I get next to no volume and an eyelash curler is a must! Two coats of this mascara is all I need for long lashes, and with the small wand, I can get right into my inner and outer lashes. The only downside to the mascara that really annoys me is that it flakes during the day and is not wearable for long. The curl from the eyelash curler doesn't last long either and my lashes end up looking flat, while mascara is flaking all over my eyes. Using a coat of waterproof mascara helps prevent this, and if I remember I will usually pop waterproof mascara over top after my second coat of the colossal cat eyes mascara. I still use this mascara everyday as I do still really like it, but after it runs out I think I will look fot another one.

I loved this mascara at first but then using the brush without creating a mess became a challenge.I would have to put it down to beginner's luck. If you have the time and skills to master the brush it's an awesome product and your eye lashes will look feline-fabulous. Unfortunately, I have limited skills and time and ended up with eyelashes clumping together. I also felt really challenged using the brush to create symmetry between my left and right outer eye lashes. There are only so many angles my arm can maneuver into to.

I loooove this mascara - it doesn't clump and gives really full and long lashes. I've tried a lot of more expensive ones but will always go back to this one because it's great from the start and doesn't need getting used to or extra focus

I purchased this mascara a couple of weeks ago, It cost me 24 dollars which I think is fairly priced. I would usually only spend a max of 20 odd dollars on a mascara only because I do often get lash extensions every now and then so purchasing an inexpensive mascara would be the logical thing to do and because Im a regular user of the other mascara from the maybelline range. I like the leopard/cheeter feel of the designing on the mascara tube. I have used it for a while now and I do think that it maximises the length of my lashes. I wouldnt go as far as to say they make me look like I have cat eyes but I do like this product. I also love how its water proof. Great product would definitely be re-purchasing this mascara but maybe Ill be waiting till its on a clearance sale.

I was really in two minds about this product, it gave good volume, which is what I look for in a mascara but it smudged around my eyes. I really liked the curved brush, I found it easy to coat all my lashes. If mascaras often smudge on you this product isn't for you, if not definitely give it a go!
