Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

This mascara I didn't like, I got it thinking it was going to be amazing but all I got was disappointment. It didn't make my lashes any bigger at all like some of their other range. Love the colour of the packaging but that's where it stops for me. Will not buy this again it just sits in my make up case now.

I love that this mascara has a narrow brush, as it is easier to put on. However the formula is very wet and I seem to get it everywhere, more so than other mascaras. I don't want to waste it by wiping on a tissue first, so I just go really carefully. Also, don't wait too long between coats as it sets hard.

Good product, I do find myself buying it again because I know what it does. I like the way I get a small amount of coverage that I can build up with my own layers to get the desired look, a nice change from mascaras which overload on the first go! I do find it tends spread lashes well, but only with a few clumps. It comes off easily which is good, but it does tend to run occasionally so for this reason I don't use it as an everyday mascara. Always good to have around, reliable product!

I seem to always have this in my makeup bag. I think I have brought at least 3 of them in the last 2 years or so. Maybelline deffs have the best mascara at an afortable price.

To be honest, Im not a fan of Maybelline Mascaras generally. But I find the Great lash to be a good everyday mascara, and I have been using it for years!

I have heard a lot of people say they found it quite clumpy, I personally don't find it clumpy at all, but I was lucky enough to be blessed with long lashes and one light coat is always plenty for me, I always dab a little more off the wand before applying any mascara as I find if you get too much product any mascara is going to go clumpy, one thin coat always does it for me!

One of my biggest problems when it comes to mascaras is I find a lot of them start flaking/transfer under my eye half way through the day, and I haven't had this problem with the Maybelline Great Lash.

I always repurchase this mascara - it is a staple in my makeup collection! The only thing I will say bad about it is that it can tend to go on clumpy if you are not too careful.

I have bought this Maybelline formula twice. This mascara is awesome! On my lashes, they are dramatic, long lasting, no clumpiness and i can feel them on, however, they do run once wet. They are perfect for everyday use as well clubbing.

This was the first mascara I ever used and I still buy it. Although it doesn't have a high tech brush or claim to do amazing gravity defying things to your lashes it does lengthen, separate and define lashes. I already have quite long lashes so I find I just need a bit of colour on them to make an impact. I really like this product and it is a tried and true item in my cosmetics bag.

Hasn't everyone owned this, its a make up regular not a favourite product but does the trick. The sort of thing i'd keep in bf's glove box for emergencys.

I always thought this would be a great mascara as all the 'stars' use it and I like the Maybelline story but it has never worked for me - it smudges so I get panda eyes, it irritates my eyes and it can be quite gluggy!
