If you purchase 1 palette make it this one. It has everything you need for an effortless everyday look . I have a few dozen palettes (it’s an issue) but this is probably the only one that no matter how I apply it, it just looks good. The shadows are very soft so apply a light hand while dipping your brush in and if you travel a lot this may not be the one for you as the powder can become crumbly. The packaging is covered in felt / velvet so can become a little grubby but nothing horrendous. These are some of the best matte shadows I’ve tried as they blend so easily so perfect for a beginner or pro and the shimmers apply beautifully with just a finger. If you plan on purchasing one high end palette then this is probably the best value for money as it will last for years even if you use it everyday as you need so little shadow to create an amazing look.

This was my first ever purchase from ABH I hummed and harred for such a long time (because of the price) but I brought it off Beauty Bay and I have 0 regrets I absolutely love it. The colours are perfect everyday shadows for me personally just wearable beautiful colours but then with the same palette you can create some beautiful glam looks. The shows are pigmented but not so much that it won't blend they are buildable and each colour works nicely together, the colour range is great you have lighter colours to blend with darker to deepen and a few shimmers thats are gorgeous! The palette is not cheap but the quality of it is worth it I could chuck out all my other palettes and just have this one and I would be sorted. This one also comes with a dual sided brush that actually functions I've washed it many times and still works so well. The packaging feels luxurious nice and weighty simple and classy my only con to this palette is the velvety outer packaging it feels really nice but as soon as you get some shadow on it, it get dirty so fast and quickly looks like you have had it a while but other than that I love this!
I own two ABH palettes, and soft glam has to be my most used. I love the different colours and the pigment of the palette. High quality and worth it if you love eyeshadows. They blend beautifully.
Tips: Use a big fluffy soft blending brush to get the best results. Use your finger for the shimmer shades. Also be aware that these eyeshadows do cause a lot of fall out, so best to do your eyeshadow first before your other makeup.
