Duo Adhesive Glue Review

I have never been good at applying falsies and only ever used the glue that came with it because i did not know what else there was? I was given this by a friend who had one to spare and it is perfect! It kept my lashes on throughout the whole of concert! I only use it for special occasions as i only wear falsies for special occasions and its great! It goes on white and dries clear and i love the staying power!

I really love this lash glue, hence my 5* rating. However there are two Con's I will talk about first. Just to get them out of the way before my rave review.

Firstly the smell, is horrid. Latex never smells good, like ever. Second is the packaging. If you are not careful to much spurts out, not a big fan of the squeeze tube applicator. But that is it.

Seriously, this is still the only glue I use, even with my cons I still love it.

I have used it on expensive, and inexpensive lashes and the results are the same in all cases. It sticks all night and doesn't look white after it is dry. These are the things I need in my lash glue. It doesn't take ages to get off either which is great.

Application is key, just make sure you get an even amount of glue across your lash strip.

This product lasts for ages as well, however if your don't use it in a while you will need to remove the dried product from the end of the tip.

I was recommended Duo by a Make Up Artist and love it, I would definitely recommend it to anyone as well!

I always used to use the lash glue that came with the lashes until I'd read reviews on Duo after researching how to apply false lashes as I absolutely SUCKED at it. I eventually purchased some and I'm so glad I did.

It comes in a resealable squeezy tube which is convenient as one tube will last ages. It comes out a thick white liquid which dries completely clear (you can also buy this in a dark formula which dries black). It smells faintly fishy when you first squeeze it out but not nearly as bad as some other lash glue's I've used.

The way I've found to best use this is put a dollop on a clean flat surface (i.e cardboard or makeup compact lid) and then either run the lash through it or use a cotton tip to coat the lashband. Wait for the glue to go tacky (~30secs with this glue) and apply. Using this glue I find that I get at least 8hrs wear and if I coat the lashband properly it stays stuck down.

The only con is that I find if you only use it once in a blue moon, it can separate very slightly and then it doesn't stick as well so it pays to mix it up with a cotton tip before using if this is the case - very easy fix though.

I would recommend this glue for anyone (especially beginners) using falsies. Best glue I've found so far!

Best eyelash glue! Honestly, this stuff is costume quality. It stays on all night, even if you get rained on. I suggest using eye makeup remover to get off the glue as its seriously strong stuff.

After watching so many make up artists on youtube use this glue and talk highly of it, I decided to purchase it off xobeauty in clear-white. I looooove this glue, I have never used anything else since! It works so well for me every time, it holds the lashes on tight all day and night - no more loose embarrassing corners coming off, and it's super easy to apply and remove. I also love that the glue is white but dries clear so no one will notice it and you don't have to go back over it with eyeliner. You only need a small amount of duo adhesive glue so a tube will last you a long time which is a bonus. I recommend this to everyone and anyone whether you are a pro or not at applying fake eyelashes!

Every time I use this it works amazingly, it's super easy to put on the lashes and doesn't take too long to become tacky for application, The only time I've ever experienced my lashes coming off is when I use cheaper pairs that have thick, stiff bands. It dries completely clear, so if I'm clumsy it isn't always necessary to go over my eyeliner. In love with this glue!

I love this glue-so easy to work with. It lasts really well and holds my lashes on so well-definitely can go longer than a day. It seems to last forever so im completely happy with the price also. My only gripe is that i often end up with too much product coming out the relatively large hole, but the packaging is ok otherwise. I love both the clear and coloured formulas, and these days never bother with any other brands.

I buy the dark Duo Adhesive Glue. I like this one as when I wear false lashes I always wear eyeliner so you cant see the glue.

When using this glue I apply it to my falsies then let it set for a bit to become tacky. This helps the lashes to stay on for longer. I use tweezers to centre the lashes on my lid and to place the ends down then I use my fingers to push them firmly into place.

I find that my lashes stay on properly with this glue and it does not irritate my eyes at all. When I am ready to take my lashes off they are easy to remove.

This glue is easy to remove meaning that I can get more than one use out of my false lashes.

It is a great price and the tube lasts for ages. I buy mine online. A great product!

This eyelash glue is my definite go to when I'm about to apply false eyelashes. It never bleeds off the band and it is always easy to work with. It has amazing staying power and the tip of the eyelash glue is great for touching up your eyelashes with out taking the whole falsie off and reapplying. Holy grail eyelash glue and i'll never turn to another one as this is what always works well for me

Been using this glue for a while as i am an avid fake eyelash collector its getting out of control ! this particular glue holds really well and in the time i have been using it has definitely most of the time been keeping my eyelashes in place the whole night ! the good thing about it is that even though it keeps your lashes in place, it is easy to remove at the end of your night . i highly recommend
