Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick Review

I am obsessed with these lipsticks! At the moment I only have 3: 1995, Nude and All Dolled Up. 1995 is definitely my favourite, it is the perfect deep brownish/pink. Nude is the perfect nude for every skin tone and it looks amazing under a nude gloss. All Dolled Up however is my least favourite. In pictures online, it looked like the perfect barbie pink which I love but when I got it, it was a neon/highlighter pink which looked way too bright for my skin tone (i have a light/medium skin tone). The formula of these lipsticks are unbeatable though, they have matte finish but it doesn't dry my lips at all. The most amazing thing I noticed about these lipsticks is that when I drink my coffee from a mug, there is no lipstick left on the cup! So this lipstick lasts ages even if you eat or drink. Even though the packaging does feel quite cheap, it still looks pretty and the actual product is the most important part. So excited for more colours to be released :)

I only own the 1995 lipstick and it is awesome. It's more like a matte formula/ finish which means it lasts for hours.. I need to get more Gerard Lippys! 1995 is the also the perfect Kylie Jenner Lipstick!

I just brought the one lipstick 1995 sadly the colour wasn't me but i love the formula so am looking forward to trying some the other colors! these look great paired with their lip glosses over top for bit of a different finish! so 8/10 (:

I bought a few shades of these lippies in a deal, and the one that stands out the most is Tequila Sunrise because I don't like it. I looked up swatches and must have been drunk when I purchased this because it's bright bloody orange.

The formula is so lovely and creamy, and when I swatched it on my hand it was a lovely pink color. Sadly, when I googled swatches further, I saw it was actually a bright orange and I knew immediately it would wash me out, so I didn't bother trying it on my lips. The formula on my hand was gorgeous, and lasted a long time even though I played in it and smooshed it around.

I like the gold packaging, and it reminds me of a little gold bullet. Sadly though, and because of how slack Whitening Lightening were with the shipping and the fact my shipping code was invalid for 4 weeks, I won't be buying any more shades.

Love them and currently need them all! I have a couple and they are creamy and so pigmented. My favourite one I'm using everyday is Berry Smoothie it glides on so easily and lasts me pretty much all day and leaves a nice stain of colour on the lips for the duration if I don't reapply. Goes on nicely over any lipliner and is great under gloss Gerard lipglosses are also amazing. The packaging is super pretty also and easy to travel with.

Gorgeous packaging, definitely stands out! Great for everyday, I apply a little and pop a clear lip balm on top, it's leaves a pretty stain on your lips. Consistency is creamy and you don't have to apply much to see the beautiful colour. Long lasting and stays on when you eat and drink. Beautiful range of colours, which I can't wait to purchase!

Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE this lipstick. The packaging is beautiful, they're not too expensive (especially since they have really good deals ALL THE TIME), and I really like the colour and formula.

I have the colour 1995, which is the most popular one it seems.. It comes up pretty dark and brown on me, but I like it for something different. The texture (not sure if this is the same for all of them) is pretty drying, and I have dry lips anyway, so I always have to put a lip balm underneath it. It lasts a really long time and when it starts fading off, I think it does so in quite a nice way. Not too noticeable and doesn't go patchy.

Berry Smoothie and Rodeo Drive are definitely next on my list - the colours look sooo beautiful in the online swatches.

I adore these lipsticks. The colours are amazing and so is the formular. They are very easy to apply and don't budge throughout the day. These have easily gotten on the top list of my favourite lipsticks, and I am already planning my next purchase - worth the money!

Tequila Sunrise is a coral, bright color and it is amazing for summer. It would look absolutely fantastic on various skin tones and with a bronze eye look.

After all they hype these lippies have been getting I had to try one. I love brown lipsticks, and so thought that the (almost) iconic 1995 would be the one I needed to try. It arrived as a late birthday present, and I'm obsessed with it!

I can't get over how lovely the colour is. It's a deep brown, almost burgandy, and looks lovely for a deep winter lip. The formulation is impressive, and I have truly fallen in love.

This lipstick is matte, although it takes some time to get to that stage. Once it is completely dry, it is matte and doesn't transfer at all. Even though it's matte I find it to be moisturising, and I don't feel like my lips are drying out or the need to apply balm/gloss as well. Wear time is a few hours, although it does wear off more if you are eating/drinking (like most lipsticks).

Overall, I love the colour and formulation of this lipstick. The packaging makes me think of a fancy tampon occasionally, but that's not really a problem for me - others have said it's like a bullet so that's accurate too. Either way, this is amazing as a lipstick!

Absolutely love these lipsticks. They are super pigmented and long lasting I love the pretty gold packaging. The matte lipsticks are super creamy and easy to apply and are not drying at all. My favourite shade would definitely be kimchi doll which is a super pretty nude pink. I would definitely recommend these lipsticks.
