These lashes are GREAT, beautiful and massive just how I like 'em. The only negative is when they are first worn they can look a bit too big toward the inner eye causing them to not sit right and look very unnatural, though I find they tend to relax a bit and lose their stiffness after 1-2 uses and then they look PERFECT. One of my fave false eyelashes of all time and I definitely recommend them if you have a special occasion coming up.
These lashes are fabulous, for a chemist bought product I highly recommend, they are luscious, long and really compliment the shape of my eyes. I had no idea they were made of real hair until I read above, but again, lashes of such quality for such a small price ! you defiantly can NOT go wrong !
Tips: I prefer to use a darker glue when applying any false lashes, I find duo works well with these .
I love these lashes.. they apply amazingly and i find i am rarely taking the time to fix mistakes with these. I love big fake lashes so these are definitely up my alley but may not be for people wanting more natural looks. Ticks everything in my boxes!
Tips: Wear these with confidence!
As expected these lashes are very full and dramatic. If that is what you are looking for, they are probably the ideal lash for you if you have big eyes and you love the glam look. I prefer more natural looking lashes, however these are good for the right occasion: eg. a dress up party, ball or town. They do look great with dark smokey eyes.
They are a great price and last very well, well worth what you pay. Also for a glue from the packet, it is quite effective and stays on well without having to reapply. The wand makes it easy to apply an even thin layer of glue over the base of the lash.
The biggest downside I think is the shape of the lashes. I find that dramatic eyelashes look a bit better if they have more a winged look, shorter in the inner corner of the eye then quickly increasing outwards to open up your eye. I definitely thought these lashes are too long in the inner corner of the eye. Also I had to trim these lashes as they were too wide for my eye and tended to swamp them (I don't have very big eyes though).
If you love dramatic lashes, these are very glam and full on if you have big bold eyes. But if you are looking for a dramatic but still natural look, I would go for another style.
Tips: Leave the glue for about one minute until it is starting to go clear so it is nice and tacky when you apply it!
Love the's lashes especially when I'm going for a bold dramatic look. I'm usually a more of a natural loOK lash person, But however found these fantastic for use when creating looks for costume ! With Halloween coming up I'd highly recommend these to anyone wanting a loud look.
Tips: Uses tweezers when applying to get as close to he lash line as possible.
these are my absolute fav drug store lashes! i already have long eye lashes so need a more dramatic falsie to make a difference, have repurchased at least 15 times now, glue also lasts ages and have re used a single set up to 6 times with hardly any damage making sure to clean the lash band
I chose these for my wedding day! Boy! Was it difficult to get used to wearing them. I had my make up artist put them on, they looked fabulous! The only down side was that after an hour the corner started to come off so had to restick with temporary nail glue! Otherwise they hace a lovely feel to them and made my eyes pop!
Tips: Make sure that you are aware of what they feel like on. I would suggest wearing a pair before your big 'event' as it took quite awhile to get used to them the first time I wore them.
I bought these to wear for a special occasion as my natural lashes are pretty lacking.
I found these easy to apply (though the included glue is not the greatest), and they lasted well, and came off easily at the end of the night.
The lash band is quite thick and the lashes are very full and long so the weight may take some getting used to if you are new to using fake eyelashes. For a less dramatic look you could cut each eyelash to make a half lash, which also makes them easier to apply.
These are easily available at Farmers and pharmacies so are a good last minute option. They are often on special at Farmers too.
A good all rounder for a special occasion.
Tips: Let the glue go tacky before applying! And trim the eyelashes to the size of your eye before use.
These lashes are so awesome. It brings drama and attention as soon as its applied. Although I'm not into this look now, these lashes are what I turn to when I want to add a subtle drama to my look. It gradually fans out and gives you that feline look but in a way that it looks natural and not fake. The look you get from these is the 50s/Marilyn Monroe look. It's so gorgeous. It's very light and never leaves your eyes feeling heavy. It's $13.00 a pair. Can be reused if needed but I never did.
Tips: Keep the glue it comes with. It's not overbearing n actually sticks.
I really LOVE these lashes! Not only are they affordable but the quality of them is worth every cent in my opinion! naturally my own lashes are are really really long and for some reason they are dead straight and refuse to stay curled when i curl them! i dont like having to maintain eyelash extensions as i find they get really manky with all my eye makeup i wear and its really hard to keep clean! These are good to go and take less then 5 minutes to apply and your good to go! have worn these on many occassions (some which are a bit of a blur) and even fallen asleep in them and they are still stuck in place the next morning! Super easy to remove by just pulling them off doesnt hurt at all. Highly recommend Gwen lashes if your looking for full luscious lashes.
Tips: When applying glue let sit for a few seconds to allow glue to go tacky first. this helps with application and makes them stick easier. Also try trimming before hand to the length you desire.
