Really like this brand of lashes and quite liked this set!! I have naturally quite long lashes I found they fit nicely and weren't excessively long (which I often find with full strip lashes).
I applied these with my regular Ardell lash glue and found they stayed on really well. I didn't end up using them as a full strip lash but I did cut them in half and then used them on the outer half of my lash for a more every day look.
All in all a great set of lashes but I'd be careful of your natural lashes are short as they may end up look to fake!
Tips: Use them with the Ardell clear glue and your good to go!!
I absolutely adore the Manicare range of eyelashes. I buy them from Farmers for special occasions. They are so easy to apply and are super soft - I love that they come with a little pottle of glue and it is more than enough for your application (I pop the lid back on and use the remaining glue for other lashes) The Rihanna ones are also really cool. I have tried other brands and found they irritate my eyes or don't sit nicely on my face. Definitely would purchase again (probably will in the next couple of weeks)
Tips: If you take them off really carefully you can re-use them.
The gwen lashes are perfect for any night out, they emphasize the eyes whilst still looking natural. They are super soft and nice to wear. Also the glue os very long wearing
I love these lashes. They add volume and intensity while remaining natural looking,
They are super easy to apply, and I find I can re-use them multiple times before they become too tatty.
I don't use the glue that comes with them though, I prefer a glue that dries black.
I always apply these last - after my mascara is dry. Some people like to put mascara over the lashes as well. but I find that this can make them clump up and they don't last as long for repeat uses.
Tips: Make sure you cut them down to the right length before you apply! (Cut from the outer end). Apply glue evenly along the false lash line, and wait until it is tacky before carefully placing along your own lash line.
I love the Manicare Glam eye Gwen Lashes, this would probably have to be my favorite set from the Glam Eyes range. These lashes are full yet still able to look reasonably natural and not too heavy looking. The glue is also amazing, I have never had any issues with it and always lasts all night, sometimes I even wake up with my lashes still on so it's good stuff. The little wand makes the glue easy to apply for a quick no mess application. Would highly recommend these lashes they are gorgeous and you can re-use them !
Tips: Let the glue go tacky before applying the lashes, what this means is letting the glue dry slightly so that its more stick rather than wet. You will find they will go on much easier and dry on the eye faster without sliding out of place. Blow on the glue or wave the eyelash so that it goes 'tacky' faster.
These were my go-to lashes for years in high school, they're the perfect length, shape and thickness - for a beginner. Now that I've had time to trial several other brands, I prefer to use sets with invisible bands as they're less irritating and are more forgiving if the lashes are sitting ever so slightly out of place. I still think these are a great quality set for anyone looking for less dramatic falsies.
Tips: Use a clear glue, things can get messy when using gunky white glue!
