Found them hard to use. Just would not stay in place they felt uncomfortable and I didn't leave the house in them because I knew they would pop off at any moment. My eyes didn't like the liner either.

At first I thought it is amazing to find a magnetic false eyelashes so I bought some. I like how the false eyelashes are so soft and how amazing it is to just place an eyeliner on your lids and you can efficiently place your eyelashes in just minutes or seconds because of it's magnetic effect without the use of any glue.
The only downside about this product is that it is a bit pricey and the product won't even last for a day sometimes. I also did not like how it comes off really easily especially during a windy weather.
Easy to apply, lightweight and was a good product .The length was unreal and blended well with my lashes. The liquid eyeliner was a bit watery. I liked it and would use again for a special occasion.
After having eyelash extensions for months I have been keen to try something like this. Lovely easy opening packaging and instructions. The first time I tryed these I didn’t use enough eyeliner so the outside magnet kept popping off. So the next time I applied two layers of the eyeliner. Let it dry completely before trying to attach the lashes. You need a super steady hand and minimal blinking while it drys or you end up with the eyeliner everywhere. They took quite a few goes to get them in place. I was worried they would feel foreign and heavy but they are suprisgly light and comfortable. Once you master applying them it’s easy. They are Easy to wear for a whole day. But I do keep checking that they havnt popped off. I found I needed to cut them shorter and each end has a magnet so i cut them so I had a magnet on each end. This made them not full size but far easier to apply and I found they stayed on much easier! All in all a great product that can be used over and over again. Great for a glam night out or anytime really.
Tips: Apply mascara to your natural lashes and let them dry completely first or your natural lashes don’t blend nicely with the fake ones.
This was a really awesome trial to get and I have really enjoyed trying the Glam By Manicare Magnetising Eyeliner & Lash System.
First you apply the eyeliner, the give it about a minute to dry, then the lashes just stick right to it. It does have a very similar effect to glue, but I personally find it easier and less messy than glue.
The lashes do stay on all day, but like glue ones, can come up at the corners over the course of the day, and need more magnetic liner to fix.
I absolutely love the liner. The lashes were good quality lashes, but I felt needed four magnets, so you could cut them shorter at the end if need be.
This was an amazing improvement from the click on lashes from the likes of Ardell and with these ones I now feel magnetic lashes could replace my glue ones as they actually sit on the lash line and behave just like glue ones. My one suggested improvement would be a whole magnetic like rather than intermittent magnets.
Would I buy them again? Yes.
Tips: Be careful and precise with the eyeliner, otherwise you may use a lot more than you need just fixing around a stray bit of eyeliner.
Glam Pro Magnetic Eyelash system by Manicure consists of two products: a magnetising liquid eyeliner, and magnetic eyelashes, both of which are sold separately.
The magnetising liquid eyeliner has a revolutionary formula that contains tiny invisible magnetising particles, and is long lasting and smudge-proof. The black eyeliner is packaged in a 5ml liquid eyeliner tube with a fine eyeliner brush.
The first time I tried using this liquid eyeliner, it went everywhere (in my eye, smudged on my eyelid) - it was a disaster. Using this eyeliner definitely takes a bit of practice, especially if you're like me and you're used to using liquid eyeliner in a pen style tube. I haven't used liquid eyeliner on a brush for years! Second attempt went better, and the liquid eyeliner stayed in place all day, did not smudge, flake or transfer.
Once the eyeliner was applied, I waited a few minutes for it to dry completely before lifting the magnetic eyelashes out of their case. I have the Natural ones called "Willow", and they're lightweight, reusable, and simply clip onto the eyeliner with three little magnets situated on the lash band. No mess, no fuss.
One thing I didn't like about this eyelash system is that the video on Manicare's website says you can simply pull the "Willow" lashes off and clip on the more dramatic "Khloe" lashes to go from a day to night look. when I removed the "Willow" lashes to show someone what the magnets looked like, it pulled off chunks of eyeliner off my eyelid, so it's not as simple as they say. The magnetic eyeliner does need to be touched up before they can be reapplied, its not as simple as take the lashes off and stick them back on again.
This happened the second and third times that I used the lashes, and I double checked the Manicare video to see if it happened to their "Glambassador" as well, and it looks like it does, although they sneakily cut the video and she comes back with perfect eyeliner before putting fresh lashes on. If you know what you're looking for, you can see where the magnet lifts off her eyeliner in the video, just before they cut the scene. (I'll post a pic of what happened with mine on the Photo Wall).
Overall, this magnetic eyelash system was much easier to use than traditional lashes and eyelash glue. They're easier to fit, as there's nothing sticky on the eyelash band, so you're able to place them right up against your lashes and move them around before having to clip them in place. I loved trialling this system and even though the initial cost is a bit pricey (it's the eyeliner that's expensive), once you have the eyeliner, replacing the lashes if/when they wear out is actually not that expensive. I'd recommend this eyelash system and will definitely continue to use them.
Tips: Make sure you wait until the eyeliner is completely dry before you clip the lashes on.
Oh. my. goodness. These lashes! I love wearing lashes, and frequently wear them for stage work and performances, but I hate how sore and uncomfortable my eyes get with traditional glue on lashes. These are light and comfortable and they stay put! I was a little dubious about whether the lashes would shift or move while I was wearing them, but once these babies are on, they don't move. This is the first time I have ever forgotten that I had falsies on half way through the night (usually by hour four or so, I want to scratch my eyes out) I was really impressed with how easily they blended with my lash line, to the point that several friends wondered if I had had lash extensions!
They are SO EASY to put on! I'm always fussing with glue and making mistakes. These literally press down onto the liner and stay, it takes me a total of 90 seconds to get these guys on (including 60 seconds to let the liner dry) and they are so easy to get off too, a gentle pull at the outer corner and off they pop. They seem to last longer than traditional lashes too, I've worn them several times and they are still in pristine condition. And a gentle rub of the magnets after wearing and they are all clean and ready to go again.
The liner is super pigmented and easy to use. It's got a fine and precise brush tip, goes down, stays down. Doesn't crack, flake, crinkle or smudge. Once this bad boy has dried down, it isn't going anywhere!
I absolutely recommend this system, its amazing!!
I was super curious to try these, and so grabbing them in a vault was an amazing opportunity to do so.
I had an 'Egyptian Princess' look going on for the work Xmas party I needed these for, but due to the scheduling for the day i wound up with about ten mins to get ready in, so having these handy was a god send!
The liner is super super easy to apply, and even by itself is a great dark liquid. In the light you can see the flecks of the magnetic chips, but you can't feel them and they aren't irritating or scratchy.
I have the Khloe lashes, which are reasonably full (but I think I could go bigger!) and were the right length for me without trimming, which was handy.
You apply the liner, let it dry for a moment, and then push the lases onto it - I found I needed to place them then nudge them a little further down towards the lash line, but they adhered well and stayed put almost all night ( popped a corner once or twice, but it was a crazy party).
Removal is as simple as grasping one corner and giving it a gentle tug - no pain, no residue, no glue to clean. You just wash your face as normal and you're away.
I'll definitely keep using these!
i cant remember how i got these lashes, possibly from a vault but more likely out of a bbbe? anyway. it was my first time trying false MAGNET lashes and i was soooo excited! i tried it on my hand first, and i was like, well, how hard can it be?
ha. hahahaha. well. the liner went on nicely and it was actually the easiest applying liner ive ever tried. but then.. came the lashes.
unfortunately because of where the magnets were placed, i couldnt get a decent fit. so i probably had small beady eyes. but anyway. the magnet was either rammed right up into the corner of my eye, which was super uncomfortable, or it was halfway up to say heeeyyy to my eyebrow. there was no in between to make these lashes better.
cutting them wouldve been a disaster, as then they wouldnt stick down in either corner and i'd look like even more of a freak. ive since given them all a good sanitze and gifted them on to someone who can (and does!) appreciate them more than i.
never again.
