Best set of lashes I have ever tried, the glue was fantastic and so longlasting. I got huge compliments when wearing them and now have my friends wearing them too. Although I am the one that seems to be assisting them with their application.
These are great lashes and not too pricey. I love them because I feel like they don't look overly false on me, but really help to enhance any makeup look! I do have to get my friend to help out though as I am horrible at putting lashes on!
These lashes are very affordable and I own so many pairs!! I am a dancer so I was very pleased when they stayed on for a whole day and night of shows. They are great for stage make up and they also don't look overly fake and unnatural to wear out casually either. The glue comes with them and isn't the cheap $2 shop stuff - it is very easy to apply and doesn't feel gross and gunky. I own the 'Taylor' lashes and also the 'Gwen' ones and I would definitely try others from this range!!
When these lashes first arrived in the mail my mother told me she had used them and thought them fantastic, which is saying something as she never wears make-up. So my expectations were already high. When first using them I was slightly apprehensive of the cut lashes to the correct shape for the eye, but this was nothing to worry about. The instructions were easy to follow and the lashes are reusable which makes them definitely worth the buy. I did not use their tweezers for application, but had no problems. These gave a beautiful look and are hypoallergenic!! The pack comes with the eye lash adhesive, but if you look after your lashes and run out the brand does sell this separately as well. I honestly cannot get over how much I love these, they are perfectly shaped for eyes, with longer lashes on the outside and shorter on the inside. I love these, and if you don't like Taylor check out the rest, they appear to be named after celebrities, i.e. Beyoncé etc.
Tips: Apply Mascara on top of the lashes to blend with your natural lashes for a more natural voluminous look. Though the lashes did not have too much tug, to protect the falsies and my real lashes I removed with an oil based make-up remover.
I bought an eyelash applicator kit which helps. I read instructions on the internet as it had been a while. They looked full, natural and stayed on all night long!!! Also looked great on second and third uses.
Tips: Let the glue dry to become tacky. Your eyes may be slightly different lengths, so be sure to trim each to shape. Place on curved dish supplied after use - don't confuse your left or right. Place dish beside bed before going out with your makeup wipes so you don't wake up a hot mess ;)
Natural eyelashes, which are suitable for day or night looks. Manicare have this cute idea to draw people in naming their lashes after celebrities. so these are named after Miss Taylor Swift. So very elegant looking eyelashes. I have some pictures which I will post on the facebook page for those who want to see the look I created.
The glue was awesome, I wore these lashes over 4 times (and counting) they lasted a twelve hour day at work without falling off or any of them lifting from the lash line. I would definitely purchase these again, they are a reasonably priced and give your make up some extra volume.
Personally I prefer more volume and length for a night out due to having naturally longer lashes. These provided some volume and actually blended really well with my lashes so it wasn't obvious that I was wearing Falsies.
Tips: For a more natural look apply the lashes to the very base of your lash line. Apply a thin strip of glue along the lash line and waft around for a good 20 seconds, this makes the glue easier and tackier to work with. I place the lashes on my eye using my fingers then adjust accordingly using a pair of tweezers. Those with smaller eyes /lids you may need to snip and make the actual lashes shorter to make them appear more natural on the eye.
The Taylor lashes are the most natural yet voluminous lashes from the glam range. They're great for just slightly enhancing your eyes.
The glue is really good, i haven't needed to buy any more to replace it. I've worn them at least 5 times now and they're still as good as new.
Tips: For the first few times allow a lot of time to get them on, or practice before using them.
I love these lashes. I picked them because I wanted a more natural look, but still longer than my little stubbie lashes. Super easy to get on and the glue lasted all night. Manicare always does fantastic lashes, and for a relatively cheap price too. These are my go to lashes for any special occasion. I found if you look after them, they last for about 4 uses.
Tips: Make sure the glue gets tacky before you try and stick them on.
These are absolutely amazing lashes! I am always really bad at putting lashes on but these ones were super easy. The only downside is that the glue isn't that great. The lashes themselves are super subtle but gorgeous looking, probably the closest you would get to realistic fake lashes.
Tips: Make sure you wait for the glue to dry a bit before you put them on.
I got myself a pair of these from farmers and they are so gorgeous, they look pretty natural as they are not excessively long and are flattering on my eye shape (almond, slightly hooded). The one thing about them that I was happily surprised by is the lash glue, best i have ever tried, they stayed on all night (I slept with them on eek) and looked just as good in the morning, also the corner of the lashes didn't lift up! That is usually the problem i find with lashes, will defiantly be buying another pair soon!
