I found this foundation gave quite light coverage (too little coverage for my liking) but a nice dewy finish, making it look quite natural on the skin. I'm not sure if I seem to get little coverage because of the fair shade I use or if all are like this? I use the shade called pure pearl. It is long lasting which I like but It isn't my favourite foundation. I lean more towards it when my skin is clear and doesn't need much coverage just evening out of the skin tone and a glow. Wouldn't recommend to those with oily skin as it is pretty dewy looking.

I have now used 2 bottles of this makeup in the shade N1-2 soft ivory called 'pure pearl' in other countries I think and it is a great super pale, yellow toned but still neutral. It applies flawlessly and is a fabulous makeup for dry skin. It gives radiance without any shimmers but it's downfall is you lose long-wear with the dewy radiance and for me this would wear off all over my glasses at work. But for a night out and a great medium coverage foundation for dry skin you can't go wrong with this one.
I'm not hugely into foundation... more of a natural girl myself..but when I go out and like to dress it up a bit, this is just the best foundation...even on my 40+ skin! Easy to put on, feels nice, covers well.
I really love the look of this foundation- a dewy look that is perfect for dry skin. Light to medium coverage, I found it didn't really cover all my blemishes. I have sensitive skin, so I was disappointed a week after using this my skin broke out- so unfortunately had to stop using it.
Firstly, I bought this foundation because of how sophisticated the packaging is and also how it has a pump top which is great because you can control how much product you need. I love the way this foundation looks on my skin and it is such a lightweight foundation that gives out the perfect coverage. I also find that this gives you really healthy, dewy looking skin. I have found that this foundation will last all day without a powder or having to be touched up.
This foundation gives a light to medium coverage and is great for my slightly dry skin. I love the natural dewy finish that it gives. It is great how it has a pump so you don't waste as much product. I love the healthy glow that it gives. The only problem that I have is that I wish there was a lighter shade because it does not match me in the winter.
Tips: Great for dry skin.
I love the natural dewy finish this gives. It makes me look healthy. Only thing I dont like is that is not long wearing. It is normally faded off by midday which I is why I dont use it much. It does feel really nice on my dry skin though. I find it gives a medium coverage.
Tips: To make it longer lasting use a primer and powder and try not to touch your face much. Not for oily skin.
I had used Loreal in the past, so thought i would try this product out as a 'full cover' foundation. Unfortunatley I can not use this foundation. I am usure if the ingrediants have changed, or the formula is different, but my face started burning 5 minutes after applying. I was so upset, and after washing it off i was left with a yuck rash under my eyes, and on my forehead. So i will not use this product, or any other loreal foundation again, for this reason. Even if i colour match on my hand, i end up with a huge rash and burning. so a little dissapointed.
Tips: Do a patch test, just incase you are sensitive like me :(
This is one of my new foundation favourites and here's why! Let's start off with the basics... I have dry/ normal skin and was on the hunt for a reasonably priced liquid foundation that would give me a dewy finish. I don't tend to wear a lot of foundation, it's mostly an occasional thing for me. When I do wear foundation I prefer a light-medium coverage as thankfully my skin is pretty good to me most of the time! L'oreal lumi magique foundation is a medium coverage foundation with a finish that looks dewy and glowy, rather than sparkly and oily! This is great for people like me who tend to have duller skin in the winter months! The formula isn't too thick or thin and applies great with fingers or a flat top foundation brush! what I love about the bottle is that it has a pump so it's not necessary to get foundation on your hands if you don't want to! It does tend to fade a bit during the day but not so much that it worries me! The colour works perfectly with my winter skin and acts as a perfect base for my rosy coloured blushes!
Tips: If you prefer matte finishes, this can be set with a powder over the top so you get the best of both worlds!
I love this foundation, it gives me a really nice dewy look and medium coverage. I pair it with the lumi magique primer and they work together beautifully. I apply it with either my sigma flat top or a Expert face brush from Real Techniques, I usually apply a layer then add a little more to areas like my checks that have freckles, then bounce my brush to create a higher coverage. I find this foundation to be long wearing but I always tend to set it with a setting spray or powder, especially in summer when my skin seems to have turned quite oily! I have this in N4, but will need to go a bit lighter in winter. I can confidently say I will repurchase this!
