For a 'drugstore' brand this is my favourite brow setter. I use this so often and swear by it! Especially being so cheap!
I absolutely love this product it is affordable and does the job! It keeps my brows in place and gives the hairs a slight tint, I have this in medium brown.
I own this in the transparant version and I just didn't find that it lived up to the hype. To me this is just clear gel, I didn't see any extra added to my brow. So to use it up I just apply it over another brow product to set things in place,
Tips: Might be good for people who just want to groom unruly brows, or for teens who can't wear makeup at school.
I got this in the Incredible Eyes BBBE in the blonde tone. I was a bit worried about it because my hair has gotten darker with age, so its a pretty dark blonde now but the colour match was perfect. Iv never really payed much attention to my eyebrows apart from getting them waxed so i was happy to find this was very easy to use. The mascara like wand applied the brow plumper nice and evenly. Happy customer here.
It's thanks to getting the Incredible Eyes BBBE that I have discovered this wee gem. I have fine, blonde eyebrows in real life, but have been trying to disguise that fact since I was about 14 years old! At first by using terrible black eyeliner that undoubtedly made me look like a Goth on steroids, then later with much softer brown eyeshadow that didn't last the day, and then a vast array of brown pencils, tints etc. I've been pretty happy with some of those, and less happy with others. Such is the life of a Beauty Addict. Anyway, I was pleasantly impressed with this L'Oreal Brow Plumper! It is a great colour and pigment - quite dark, but I like that, and it really does "plump" them up. My hairs are sparse in places, due to misguided over-plucking when a teenager (why, or why did I do that??), and this fills them out nicely, without too much hassle. It lasts all day and then some, very long wearing, and tames and keeps the hairs in place. It's easy to add shape with it too. My only gripe is that given the texture and long wear, it's difficult to wipe of the skin when you make a mistake in shaping/combing it on. But hey, for the price, it really is a bargain. I'll definitely be buying it again.
Tips: Be careful applying it! It's worth taking a bit more time, as when you make a mistake, it's tough to remove from the skin.
I got this in the brown with the Incredible Eyes box & love it more than I thought I would. Firstly it is easy - and this is most important to me - so easy. I'm ok with the shape of my brows, but they need a bit a filling in, and it's always good to keep them in shape throughout the day & this product delivers!
I simply take out the wand, wave it over (ok, so more like gently brush) my brows and voila - more volume where I need it and it looks natural.
lasts all day as well, although removes easily at the end of the day with normal cleanser.
I really really like this product and I don't think I could go a day without it. It sets my brows perfectly so they don't move at all during the day, it also comes in transparent and two coloured shades, the darker of which is perfect for my brows. I use this on days where I wear a full face and also on days where I'm just sitting at home because it gives my brows a fuller, more groomed look without any effort at all. The formula is quite similar to Benefit Gimme Brow and literally half the price and double the amount of product, it's a little bit of a wetter formula but once it dries down it looks exactly the same. Although I have heard that the undertones of the lighter shades are different with the L'Oreal one having warmer undertones
As someone who has naturally full brows, this probably wasn't a perfect product for me to purchase. However I wanted something that I could use for those days where I felt too lazy to use my Anastasia dip brow to make my brows look a little less unruly and tidier.
I have the shade medium/dark, which is a good match for my very dark brows.
The packaging for this is the same as a mascara except this has a much smaller brush than a mascara wand. This makes it ideal for getting into your brows without smearing the product everywhere. Once I have used this product up I will keep the brush as I do really like it.
This isn't super pigmented - which is kind of good as it makes it almost foolproof to use. When I use this it helps fill my brows in a little but not a whole lot. If you are looking for something to really fill them in then I wouldn't suggest this.
The biggest gripe I have with this product is the fact that it makes my brows feel crunchy after using it. I really don't like this as I like my brows for feel soft and natural - not hard and stiff.
I have been wanting to try this product ever since it was released in New Zealand, hoping it would be a dupe for Gimme Brow by Benefit and it did not disappoint!
It is an easy to use mini wand applicator that you can brush through your browns to define and thicken your natural brows. I use the blonde colour and it is a perfect match for me!
Due to the applicator I have found it very easy to apply and I love the results as it creates a very natural finish to your brow routine! It lasts all day and is easy to remove with any makeup remover.
Voluminous eyebrows for everyone!
