I love this product. I have blonde eyebrows and this was the perfect colour to make them visible. The brow plumper actually made my eyebrows look thicker, which is great because they are quite thin. My eyebrows looked much more defined and I have a good brow day everyday.

Tips: I used my eyebrow pencil to outline my eyebrows first then use my spooly to brush them nicely.
I was extremely excited to be invited to trial this L'oreal Brow Artist Plumper. It is my first review for this year. I am not very good with eye brows so this gave me a chance to better my brow game. I've had many tragedies with my eye brows like over plucking, over growing and wax mis haps.
L'oreal Brow Plumper comes in this sleek black bottle shaped like a Mascara bottle. It has a gold band around it with L'oreal branding on it. I opened it to find a wand with a bristle swirled around the tip. The colour I had requested was Dark. I got Transparent.
Consistency of this brow product feels like a gel type liquid. It has a scent to it to.
Application was easy to apply. Place the wand inside the bottle. Gently apply the bristled wand across the eye brow to get your desired look.
All up this week I've tried it every day once a day. The bottle is still quite full. I'm really surprised with how full it is. There's plenty left in it to keep using it.
My results with using this brow plumper were nice even brows. They weren't coloured because I got transparent. I did get my brow pencil to fill in the gaps. I would reccomend it to women who would like a fuller brow. This wand works perfectly at brushing them all in one direction. A great product to use.
I was really really excited to be selected for this trial, cause lately I am ALL about my brows. I've gone past the awful over plucking days of my youth and am finally at a place where they have a good natural shape with relative fullness to them. I didn't really know what to expect with this product (and still don't, I've googled a few times what its actually meant to DO). It plumped nicely and i liked the way it slicked the errant brows that have bent weirdly from sleeping. I would really recommend doing your usual pre eyebrow filler, because otherwise it just plumps with no filler. It was easy to use and i liked the gel, not too stiff or gluggy. Would i buy it? Probably not. A dab of hairspray on a finger would probably do the trick. Otherwise for me, it was a fun 'finisher' for your eyebrows.
I trialled the transparent brow plumper at first sight of product its very similar to mascara just a smaller brush i trialled this product for about 3 days in a row and as much as it is easy to apply i didnt find it did much apart from make my eyebrows a bit sticky i would be interested to go try the brunette as i think it would be worth a try but as a dark brunette transparent is not for me
Tips: Dont apply to much as it will make ur eyebrows sticky
I received the clear l'oreal brow artist plumper. I am a bit of a brow fanatic at the moment, I have brow powder brow gels everything under the sun to create the perfect brow . All apart from a finishing product.
And this ladies is what a clear brow gel is, the final touch to your awesome brow look. Its really simple to use- it has a teeny tiny mascara like wand to simply brush the product through your brows.
This is great as it keeps your eyebrow hair in place for the entire day- say good bye to those annoying stray long fuzzy wuzzy brows! This is the product for you.
The only thing to be careful of is to not over apply the product- otherwise you can end up with stiff looking eyebrows and who wants those?no one!
The packaging of the product is deceiving as it is pretty much the same as a mascara tube- which is ideal for putting in your hand bag for any necessary top ups throughout the day.
Would I purchase?yes I would! Id like to be able to get my hands on the brow plumper for brunette- though im sure this will be difficult to obtain as this will no doubt be the new hype brow product. So once all the hype settles down I would love to give a coloured gel a shot- who knows you may be able to create a great brow from just a coloured gel and mascara wand- the possibilities are endless!
Tips: Use a brow brush to make sure your eyebrows are sitting flat- or how you like them. Apply all of your other brow products before using the clear gel. Once you are happy with your new crazy brow game use the clear gel to set your look. Be gentle with the wand - if you go to crazy with it you will end up smudging your shadow/gel used previously on the eyebrow. If that happens just grab a cotton tip with your concealer/high coverage foundation on and tidy up the area :)
Ok. So I have quite sparse brows, that and brown and blonde just like my lashes.
I tend to darken my brows to make them look fuller and one colour.
I received the transperant shade to trial.
I was really hoping for the Brunette, so I could fill in my brows.
So I thought I would try the gel under my usual brow powder.
Unfortunately it leaves the gel in pieces along my brows, I do not think this would be good on dark brows alone the gel is left behind.
Best for light brows.
The gel doesn't seem to set quickly and applying powder over top works ok.
I am going to purchase the Brunette to see how that one fills in the gaps in my brows.
The gel has a pleasant scent and is very easy to apply , the short mascara wand is very easy to use along the curve of the brow.
It's really like hair gel for the brows. :)
Tips: Wait for it to set before applying brow powder lol.
I was so excited when I got the chance to try this product. Ive recently upped my brow game by getting my eyebrows tattooed.
I received the clear gel. I thought this product would just add even more awesomeness and really plump them up, after all that's in the name but it didn't do that at all.
I tried it fr a few day in a row, with and without a pencil product to see if there were better ways of using it. Unfortunately the results were all the same.
The gel felt sticky but dried ok, wasn't too stiff. I was worried it would go crispy like hairspray but it didn't. I even tested a few girls at work and the husband by just doing it to one brow, no-one could tell the difference.
I did like one thing about it, which was it does get the hairs nicely sculpted. I have long eyebrow hairs and I did keep them super tidy but that's not enough for me to re-purchase.
I would be interested to get the brown gel one to see if that's any better for me, but i'm not racing out to buy it.
I was lucky enough to be selected to trial this from Beauty Review and lets just say I was waiting by the letterbox until it arrived. I have been currently using the Australis tint my brow which is only a tinted setting gel.
My first impressions of this product in the store was that the blonde shade had glitter through the formula and that the brunette shade was too dark.
I selected the shade medium-deep and it is the perfect match. And I have been using this product on its own without using a pencil to fill my brows in beforehand to get accurate results.
From the first moment I applied this product I was in love and had to post a comparison photo to my instagram account so I could share with everyone the difference between my brows.
The gel formula slides through my brows without an issue. My brows with this product have hardly any patch less areas and thickens my brows without going overboard. This gel product does set very stiff but it doesn't budge throughout the day at all so you don't have to worry about losing your brows. I have found that the formula doesn't appear glittery in your brows and they set matte.
The packaging is quite plain but I do love how small the wand is as its the perfect size for doing your brows unlike some products who have a mascara wand for this type of product.
I would 100% recommend purchasing this product and will definitely repurchase it when my trial one has been used up.
Tips: I would suggest starting applying product at the tail and use what is left over on the wand at the start of your brows. As this well help to keep the natural and not overdone. If you do make a mistake outline your brows with concealer and blend it out or use a tissue to wipe it away as this will help to define your eyebrows and also erase any mistakes.
i really liked this product! It took me a day or two to get the hang of applying the gel to get the best result, but now I am a little more practiced it is definitely worth the extra step in the morning makeup routine!
I trialled the loreal brow plumper in transparent, and here are my thoughts;
- the tube is a good size and I could easily distinguish it from my mascara (a bonus for a makeup junkie with a full kit like me) -the application wand has a good sized brush with a narrow tip and a flared base, which is great for directing the product and then sweeping it through the brow - the gel is opaque on application and then dries clear so it is good to see where you have put it - I noticed more fullness in my brows immediately and was able to build up more gel for a fuller look - it is reasonably long wearing, I didn't notice any flaking or fading over the day. So all in all a good result! I would opt for a coloured gel on repurchase, just to avoid needing to shade my brows and then applying the gel, but overall I was pretty pleased.
I received this product to trial and requested dark, but alas was sent transparent ( I have very sparse eyebrows and was keen to see the colour build up) I actually had to google the purpose of transparent eye brow gel as I was not sure why one would need it!! My quick research led me reframing my expectations - transparent gel should set the brows and keep them tidy during the day.
The brow plumper comes in a tube and is very similar to mascara. I really liked the short stiff brush for applying the product but if it were coloured, I would have liked it to have more of an angle so that you could apply colour precisely. The product reminded me of hair gel- it felt wet and took about ten minutes to dry. Upon drying, my eyebrows felt quite stiff and almost crunchy. My eyebrows looked neat and tidy for the whole day, but I needed to add a coloured pencil so that I could fill in where my eyebrows are sparse. Would I add this to my beauty routine? The transparent one- nope. It didn't add enough magic for me to want to add yet another step to my routine. I am keen to read other reviews of the coloured brow plumpers to see if I should buy that instead.
Tips: Make sure not to apply too much- it takes awhile to dry.
