Lime Crime Eye Liner

I have heard so much about the lipsticks that when I was ordering mine I saw they also did eyeliner and noticed that the owner of Lime Crime had amazing eye makeup everytime thought it must be the liner, so I ordered the black which is quall. I love it, from its cute little packaging and bottle to its effective brush that doesn't spilt or fray which means I can get an even line in no time. Its long wearing also after applying one morning I forgot I had it on and rubbed my eye a little and found that a little did come off on my finger but it didn't smudge the line. So impressed with it that I am going to get the complete set I want them all.

Super easy to use, and as always lime crime has the most amazing shades of colours available it goes on superb and it stays on, I am really bad for rubbing my eyes and ending up with that stunning panda thing going on, but this baby stayed put all day, with minimal smudging.

Love this product! Slides on effortlessly, stays on without fading or smudging. Would strongly recommend, but the only issue is the length of time it took to get here! Order well in advance of running out girls!

These are pretty standard liquid eyeliners, but the best thing is that they come in so many different colours. The brightly coloured liners are very pigmented and go on opaque, which is more than you can say for cheaper brands doing the same thing. (I have the gold and the lime green Lime Crime liners).

Unfortunately these are pretty hard to get your hands on as they are fairly inconsistently stocked and the Lime Crime website doesn't seem to carry them at all - so they might be discontinued? They are really bright and the metallic ones are very shimmery so they are definitely worth tracking down if you can.

My favourite thing about these liners is the amazing color range. I have used the black and the purple and would absolutely try pretty much every other color. I also really love the teeny little brush which makes getting a perfect cat eye easy. They definitely are not anywhere near waterproof and can transfer quite a lot, so are pretty high maintenance, but I find for special occasions it's just worth it. The bottle is very small, much smaller that I expected but a little does go a long way, and as always for lime crime products, the packaging is gorgeous and gets pride of place on my dresser.

This eyeliner is incredible. I got the colour quill. I was very tempted to buy the gold as well though. It is very easy to apply and stays on all day. The line looks sort of wet all day, when it is completely dry too which is exciting as I have not yet found another eyeliner which does so. It really makes your eyes stand out, whether you are aiming for an out there look, or a more casual look. I love love love this eyeliner and would definitely recommend it.

The packaging of this is great. A clear bottom section so you can see the colour through it. The lid is white with black polka dots which is very cute. This eyeliner has a fantastic brush to apply it. The brush is very thin and long so it is nice and bendy to be able to attempt the infamous cat flick (although I still can't master it). I love being able to get an extremely thin line on my top lash line.

The product itself is fantastic. Deep deep black, and once dried it still manages to have a reasonably glossy finish. Once this has dried it is on. Although it isn't waterproof it manages to stay on all day without cracking or running, or transferring onto the top of my eye. Although it has great staying power it is still very easy to remove which is great, just a swipe of a makeup remover and your done.

Can't wait to pick up another one of these, might be the gold for me next.

I have heard so much about Lime Crime lipsticks and eyeliners and have been very close to buying but could never had courage to buy one thinking dark and bright lipsticks may not suit me. However eyeliners did sound like a safe product to try and I immediately jumped into the wagon of owning one. I bought mine from a Lime Crime store in Bangkok. The packaging is very attractive and slim. The clear bottle indicates the true color of the one I bought in Quill a perfect black. And polka dots cap is very appealing and vibrant.

The brush is very slim and glides easily on the eye lid, for the first time I could get winged line without having to apply number of times. I was so impressed with it, I normally use gel eyeliner where I have to be very careful of attaining precision on the lines I draw but with the Lime Crime liquid eyeliner I could glide the brush to the right shape and thickness easily.

It doesn't smudge, however after applying the eyeliner I was curling my lashes and some eyeliner got stuck to the curler. This was a bit disappointing as I had to reapply that section. Despite this I love the formula and consistency of this LC liquid eyeliner and definitely impressed with the brush. I won't shy away from buying more colors now.

I remember the first time I heard about Lime Crime, it wasn't the lipsticks that appealed to me, it was the liquid liners! But what put me off buying the liquid liners is how only advanced makeup artists would use these, I held off for a long time before taking the plunge, I purchased one to try incase I didn't like them from beautybliss.co.nz. I brought Lunar Sea which is the white liquid liner.

With all the liquid liners I own I was shocked at the size, it is about 1-2 inches shorter than my regular liquid liners but the packaging is so creative and artsy. The lids are covered in polka dots and they are so adorable to look at.

The formula is thin but you only need a small amount. The brush reminds me of a thin detailing brush and the smallness of the liquid liner actually makes it easier to control. I find using small strokes made is easier to use and you can go back and fill more in before it sets. Once the liquid sets it wont budge until you use makeup remover, it does not crease and it stays there all day. I like how the tip of the brush is a perfect circle so you can use the tip to create polka dots anywhere, it is also great for small detailed work which is what I mainly use it for.

I am excited to order more of these in the future, Lunar Sea is the brightest, pure white liquid liner I have ever seen. The formula, the quality and the packaging is incredible.
