MAC Studio Fix Foundation Fluid SPF 15 Review

This was probably one of my first MAC purchases and it works a charm on me. I have combination skin so tend to get quite shiny around the nose area during the day. This foundation was perfect in combating that.

This has a great colour range so perfect for girls like me who have a hard time finding their perfect match. It also has great coverage with just one layer but is definitely buildable if you want something more full coverage. Is very easy to blend and extremely long lasting. I have found I can wear for at least 9 hours and it still looks great, I just need the touch-up (with powder) once or twice throughout the day to deal with oiliness.

Ahhhh so this was my first MAC purchase and OMG I love it. felt so smooth on my skin. the colour was a perfect match. felt so light and that's a bonus cause I hate make up that feels super heavy and cakey on the skin. will deffo be buying more of this. and not to mention I brought it on the us mac website so was super cheap for only $27 US dollars!! what a steal. Cant wait to buy more mac products

I was on the hunt for a new foundation. Decided on this one and felt great about it. I love the coverege. I think it could blend a little nicer as i don't feel it spreads over my face very far etc. I do have to bronze a little more using it as I think I could be one shade lighter to what I got matched to but over all I love the staying power and and look of how my skin looks with this :)

This foundation is awesome on my oily skin. I find it's long wearing, oil absorbing and very flattering. This is a full coverage foundation so is great for covering redness and blemishes, giving a near flawless finish. It can sometimes cake but I've found it's all in the application and powder you use over the top which determine whether it will cake or not.

For my combination to oily skin, I love it and I could say it is one of the best matt foundation for oily skin. This MAC foundation give a medium to full coverage( it is buildable) using with good primer and finishing spray... it gives the perfect look all day...

Brought this product online in the shade NC15 as I wanted to try it out but I didn't want to pay full price. Glad I didn't waste any money on it. I found it okay to put on but looked extremely average, clung to the dry patches on my face and after going grocery shopping and coming home it had actually sunken into the pores on my face and pretty much all disappeared. My skin is oily/combination so that might be why I it didn't work for me. I paired it with the pro longwear concealer which didn't do much to make it stay. Wouldn't buy it again and don't think it's worth the money as I've used cheaper foundations that work much better.

Tried out a sample of this to make sure I didn't waste my money on: a) wrong colour or b) wrong texture. I have to say I absolutely loved this anditreally blended well and gaveme a flawless beautiful glow to my skin. I have oily skin so usually half through the day I end up quite shiny. This did give a bit if shine in my t zone but nothing a little of powder wouldn't fix. I love the coverage and the way it sat on my skin, I used c4.5 which was good as it was yellow or pink based. This is one product I will continue to use and repurchase.

My shade is NC20 and it was definitely worth the money. And because i don't wear makeup all the time it has lasted me a good 8 months. An is still half full.

I am a cult follower of all MAC products and I must say the Studio Fix Foundation is one of the best foundations out there. My shade ranges from NC40-NC42 depending on season and I suggest you also get colour matched to find your perfect shade. Now this product is pricey but I assure you it is worth every cent. This foundation provides a medium to full coverage and makes my skin look amazing, it hides and smoothes out every bump and blemish.

I can get away with purchasing only 2-3 bottles a year so for me it is good value for money. The packaging is nice and simple and the pump is easy to use and keep clean.

I highly recommend this product.

I'm 23 years old and I've been wearing foundation from around the age of 13. Over that time I've struggled to find a foundation I loved that actually worked for me. A few years ago I went into a MAC store for the first time and treated myself to this foundation. Holy moly! I love it! It's a beautiful full coverage foundation that actually lasts on my skin without making me look like an oil slick (I have oiky skin). I have a very yellow undertone (I use the shade NC37) and this is the first and only foundation that doesn't go pink or orange on me. It's a beautiful semi matte finish that lasts throughout the day without fading. Sometimes I may get a little oily on my forehead but that's easily fixed with a bit of powder. I find a beauty blender is the best way to apply this is you want an extra flawless face. Definitely a holy grail foundation that I will continue buying until the end of time!
