I trialed the floral scent pads. These come in a little screw top container. I found the seal was quite hard to peal off, but at least with a decent seal they are not going to be dried out when you get them. The scent is not very strong in the container, but once used on your fingernails, it is quite a nice smell. I love the fact that they don't have that strong remover smell. I used these on the most stubborn nail polish I have. I found they removed it a little easier than other removers I have tried. Depending on how often you paint your nails or change the colour, these should last a while as I only needed one to do both hands. They left my nails looking shiny and feeling like they had been moisturized. These are perfect if you have children that like to paint/have their nails painted as they can remove it themselves without you worrying that they are going to spill remover everywhere. Miss 10 found these easy to use and not stinky (as she put it). These are a great size for travel etc. Will be purchasing these again.

Manicare Nail Polish Remover Pads Review

My nails are always painted. And generally I'll change my nails every two to three days, so I go through a lot of remover and cotton balls. I liked the idea of these, but I was extremely skeptical of these nail polish remover pads. I imagined I'd need about one per nail and that it would take all day to actually get all of the polish off. I vaguely remember using some in the past and they were an awful waste of time, so I really did expect this product to be gimmicky.
I couldn't have been more wrong. I used these on four separate occasions, and each time the process was easy and fast. I started off using it on a pale pink cream, and sort of wrapped the pad around my finger so that it was pressed into the nail and held it there for a bit like I would with a normal cotton ball. When I then started to rub, barely anything came off so I immediately thought 'uh oh, these are going to be a struggle'. But then I just started wiping my nails, and the colour came off pretty effortlessly. I only had to use two for the whole removal process (I'm sure I would have used at least 3 or 4 cotton balls).
The real test was a bright red. I was quite worried about staining my fingers and thought I'd be leaving heaps of polish in the corners/sidewalls and cuticles. Well. I did end up using four of the pads, but any colour that did transfer to my skin, the pads soaked up. And there was none left on my nails either. Incredible. It was quite interesting/awesome that you really can cover every tiny bit of the pad in colour, yet it doesn't spread it everywhere on your skin.
I loved that the smell was pleasant and not outright chemically, and I liked that it left my nails moisturised, although I still washed my hands immediately after as it just felt a bit weird leaving any remover lingering on my skin.
Not sure if the 'brightening serum' had a positive impact on my nails. To be honest I don't care one way or the other considering it did its basic job so well. It's certainly as good as or better than regular remover in terms of how it feels to use.
This product was such a winner for me. 32 pads will actually last a good while and I think the price will be really reasonable, plus it's going to be so convenient for trips away. The pads in the tub are still super moist and I expect that as long as you put the lid on after use they will stay that way for a long time. I absolutely would use again and I would even purchase the product myself (which is unusual for me!)
Tips: If you've messed up a nail, just swipe it across the pad that is top of the pile in the tub - that way you can get the colour off without ruining any of your other nails!
Upon opening, I got a pleasant light floral fragrance that wasnt overpowering like regular nail polish remover. As I have never used polish removing pads before, I cant compare to others but I found these to be easy to use and loved not having to worry about spilling a bottle of remover on the floor. The pads are very thin but efficiently removed the polish from my toes leaving them highly moisturised and not drying at all. I had 2 layers of regular polish on and used one pad per foot and a third one to make sure I got the last of the polish off both hands. These are very convenient to use and great to have in your handbag to use "on the go". I highly rate these and think they are good value for money and convenience
Tips: Perfect for travel and not having to worry about liquid in your luggage.
Fast effective way to remove polish. I love this and it's kinda fun to use. This is so fast and easy and even removes stubborn red polish with ease.
Picked this out from the recent vault. Floral scented, which was nice compared to the normal nail polish scent. Smallish round plastic compact. I'd say great for travelling with instead of the usual bottle. No need for tissues or cotton balls with these wipes.
Slimmer than i was expecting, had to pay close attention to make sure i had a singular wipe instead of a stack of them. I used about 4 wipes for hands and feet. Feet had old nail polish and hands had glitter nail polish that required a bit of extra attention. However, I feel if you really wanted to you could less amount of wipes than that. Highly moisturising, cuticles felt and looked really nice after use.
In theory this 32 wipe pack would last me 8 removal sessions, more if i used less wipes. For $5 and the ease and convenience of these I think it's totally worth it. I do my nails a lot so this is something that is worthwhile to me and takes up less space, also is less effort. A win!
Tips: The "pads" wipes are SUPER thin, i'd say like 1 millimetre. They do stick together so i'd recommend paying extra close attention to make sure you are only use 1 wipe instead of a stack of em.
I'm not a fan of acetone nail polish remover so was happy to discover these are acetone free. There is a scent but its not overpowering and potent. They come in a small portable container with a secure lid. With regular polish they are easy to use, rub into nails and polish is gone fairly quickly. The pads are thin so I normally need to use one on each hand. 32 in a pack so 16 uses from one container.
I did discover they are not so great with glitter nail polish and I wasted a number of pads trying to remove with not much luck. So I don't recommend for removing glitter nail polish.
Tips: Great for regular glitter free nail polish.
Love, love, LOVE the convenience factor and portability of these. They also smell less offensive than normal nail polish remover and all in all take up a 10th of the space. Each pad is saturated and I found I use less of these then I do cotton wool buds and regular remover. The solution is super effective, would highly recommend!!
I love the concept of this product - so convenient and compact! And acetone free so even better! The scent is pleasant but not too overpowering. It leaves my nails and cuticles feeling moisturised due to the Vitamin E added :) I agree with another review here, i usually need one pad for each hand, and wouldn't recommend for super glittery polish.
I always have one of these in my kit and travel bag for quick and easy removal of nail polish without worrying about remover spills.
One word for Manicare Nail Polish Remover Pads would be "Mind-blowing". Most of the times I hate to apply nail polish just because of hassle of removing it and then ugly looking nails afterwards. Nails look yellowish and dry after using other products. But I am completely amazed to use this product as it left my nails moisturized and shiny. The packaging is compact and so convenient to carry in a hand bag and I am glad that I can do the job anytime and anywhere. The floral scent is another reason I am loving it. It is very reasonably priced and good quantity of pads in the pot. Now I can apply nail polish happily because I know I can remove it quickly with beautiful looking nails.
Tips: Keep the product out of reach of children as they might be tempted by its packaging to see what's inside.
