The thing I actually liked most about this concealer is the applicator. The little twisty sponge thing worked super well and I preferred it to other concealers that had a lipgloss or paint brush kind of look. Application was super easy and it did semi cover my dark under eyes but not completely. When I use this on my upper cheek bones where I tend to get some redness that seeps through my foundation, I find it brightens that area and gets rid of any occurring redness :) Generally a good product :)

This is a nice concealer and works under the eyes well. There are better concealers out there and the sponge on top uses up a lot of the concealer so they should design it without the sponge. Good enough
I have been looking a for a trusty under eye concealer and this one is definitely a good contender! It covers dark circles amazingly well. It makes my face look more awake and alive and has a beautiful brightening affect. A little of this product goes a long way and then finish is just amazing! I do experience a little bit of creasing when i first apply after i have blended it into my skin, so after i apply the rest of my makeup i just blend it out a little more had a bit of translucent powder and then it is set for the day.
Although i am a little bit concerned with the packaging as since using this i have had a couple of break outs on the top of my cheek bones which is uncommon for me as my problem area is usually my chin and forehead. I am not sure if this was caused by this product although applying this over the breakouts seems very unhygienic.
I think if this product was packaged like the rimmel wake me up concealer with a doe foot applicator this would be a perfect product.
The Thin Lizzy concealer had been my holy-grail for YEARS till I found this. As with most first impressions I was slightly scared of the seemingly unhygienic sponge tip, but I realised pulling it out to was was super easy, eventually I left the sponge altogether and just dispensed the concealer onto the back of my hand before applying with my ringfinger. This formula is great for the undereye due to its thin consistency, but the coverage is high! I tried the Neutraliser shade (I'm an NC20) and the colour matches well! Wished they stocked it locally but I had to purchase this from Trademe. Staying power is good also though probably not as great as the Thin Lizzy for around the nose area. Overall, my second-favourite concealer and would recommend to those especially with dry skin or want something natural-looking!
Tips: The sponge can be pulled off to reveal a plastic tip and you'll be able to see how much it dispenses. It's more hygienic too.
This concealer appears at the top of so many "best concealers for dark under eyes" lists, but to be honest I am not sure why. It is one of the better drugstore concealers I have used in general, but it doesn't completely hide dark circles. I have to use quite a bit of product because my under eyes are so dark, so I find that it does still crease, even when you bake. The applicator is very unusual and while I would prefer the classic concealer wand, I don't have any major issues with it. I do like that it winds down the tube so all the product gets used, unlike most concealers which you lose a lot of product around the edges of the packaging.
A medium coverage concealer with a easy to apply sponge. It winds down the tube so you none gets trapped in the bottle. It doesn’t seperate from my skin and sits nicely on my face. My skin has drastically changed lately and I’ve had to try quite a few different concealers. This one I’ve found to be the best alternative so far, looking allot more natural than others. Price wise bargain!!! The bottle has bearly gone down since I’ve started using it so I think it will last ages also.
Tips: Moisturise and leave for atleast ten minutes before applying
I like this concealer. I especially like the applicator with it, as it does a great job smoothing the product on before using a sponge to blend. On weekends, this concealer, some mascara and lip gloss is all I need!
The concealer itself has good coverage without being too drying on my skin. It's not caky and doesn't settle into my wrinkles. It hides tired eyes nicely, and while I don't have really bad dark circles, this product definitely lightens the eye area. It lasts well through the day, and is easy to remove end of the day. For the price it does a pretty decent job.
The shades aren't quite spot on for my cool skin tone, but I just opted for a shade lighter and it worked well.
Tips: good skin prep is key so that it sits softly on the under eye area. I didn't use primer, but can see how that would also help
This concealer is ok. I find it works a lot better than the Fit Me one. The component that delivers the product is a little odd. The big sponge tip doesn't allow for precise application, but I still like the actual concealer product itself.
This feel nice and hydrating around the eyes I also have a darker one for any blemishes that works well I still get creasing under my eyes but I have bot found a concealer that doesn't crease on me I just have fine lines and they want to be shown so it will be what it will be its still a fantastic formula and readily available which is great
I have a problem with dark under eye circles and have not found many products that can conceal this without making the area look worse by creasing, looking dry or looking cakey.
This is one of the better products I have found.
First off the applicator (shown in the picture) is extremely hard to use (my foam part actually pops off all the time which is annoying and not to mention messy) and surely is a breeding ground for bacteria. Anyway, I have the older packaging also, which is just a plain squeeze-able tube which i much prefer.
The product itself gives fantastic coverage and nearly fully conceals my darkness (yay!) but it still can look a bit dry sometimes. It doesn't seem to settle into fine lines as noticeably as some other products and stays in place all day long. I find it blends easily with my foundation and is easiest to apply with fingers or the tip of my miracle complexion sponge (I don't find a brush works well at all).
I would definitely recommend this to others with dark under eye circles that need covering as it does a nice job and is much more affordable than other high end concealers that I have heard this compared to. I will definitely repurchase in the future.
Tips: Use a miracle complexion sponge or beauty blender to blend this concealer seamlessly in with your foundation.
