For just a light cover

I quite like this product but I do not require a REALLY good coverage. For me it is literally about evening out my skin tones and so the Nude Air Foam works perfectly for that. Do not bother if you require a good coverage.

Tips: Be careful when pushing the nozzle because a little goes a long way...also it can spurt and literally go a long way...up the sleeve of your clothes.

Maybelline Dream Nude Air Foam

This foundation is terrible. It has no coverage at all, it just gave my skin a horrible orange tinge instead when wearing it. The consistency seemed watery and yuck. I also got it on t shift and it stained terribly. I found it also has a funny smell and horrible taste if you get it in your mouth.

Essentially water

This foundation is terrible. It is SO hard to determine how much to get out of the bottle as it foams up so big but turns into watery orange gross-ness when it deflates. It has no coverage at all, it just gave my skin a horrible orange tinge instead when wearing it. I may have received old stock as I purchased on 1daysales but regardless, I would not repurchase

Oompa Loomp Look

I thought maybe this foundation just didn't work with my skin, but after reading the other reviews, I can see I'm not alone!

I got the foundation in the palest shade. I have usually found Maybelline quite consistent in their colours across different ranges, but this was definitely suited to someone with quite tan skin.

I quite liked the idea of a mousse - won't dry your skin out, even coverage, a soft matte look...

Alas. I looked like an Oompa Loompa.

I don't really need to say more...But this foundation ended up on the wall, the mirror, my dresser and my clothes thanks to the dispenser that had a mind of its own. It clung to every imperfection and every dry spot of my skin. It seemed to split and separate the colour from the liquid.

Hate to be too harsh, but this is by far the worst foundation I have tried. Loved what Maybelline have tried to do, but it was not a success...

Tips: If you're after a mousse foundation, try Loreal.

Uhhhhhhh!!!

I brought this for $25 at the warehouse and I had huge hopes for this foundation. It felt light on my skin but it covered nothing it looked like I was fat and it looked so horrible I wouldn't use this foundation ever again I sold mine off. It's not worth a cent it's horrible. So disappointed!!!

Maybelline Dream Nude Air Foam

I have the shade 170 Nude which was part of a birthday present and my friend got the perfect shade for me! YAY as I had been wanting to try a different foundation as im still new to foundations.

It's a small bottle that you must shake before using and has a pump. I quickly learnt that a lot of product comes out so you need to push down the pump very gently. Even though it is a small bottle, I feel like it will last for a while. It also comes with instructions on the back which I found helpful for my first use.

I apply a small amount to the back of my hand. It comes out exactly like hair mousse would. I applied to my face in sections as stated and rubbed in with my fingers. It blended real easy. I also then used my foundation brush and went over my face to make sure it was a even application.

It does become quite runny/liquid like as all mousses can do so you will need to rub it in for a while until it dries but once dry, you are left with a matte finish. It does have a very slight scent but I can't put my finger on what it reminds me of?

A big con about this foundation is that it doesn't have very good coverage. So you will need to build it up. In saying that, some days I prefer a light coverage so I'll still use this.

I am happy with this foundation but prefer to use it on top of my BB Cream for extra coverage. Would be happy to recommend it if you are looking for a light foundation.

Tips: Lots of product comes out of the pump so be gentle

Not the best

I purchased this product expecting it to be good. I found it quite sticky and not a texture I liked. Although it did have pretty good coverage I would not recommend and will not purchase again. I gave it a few chances and have never finished it as i did not like how it felt on my skin

Fun but just entertainment

The foam seems fun but that's all that's good about it the entertaining factor after that it's not very good it's not good for my oily skin and has no coverage I still continued to use it with no lasting positive results. If feels soft and delicate being a foam but once applied it's sleaky being such it's hard to get good coverage and it just moves around my face. Slip sliding.

Dream? Or Nudie Nightmare?

I popped into a discount store and this was on sale for $1. $1!!! How could I not buy and try? There were only two shades available, one would've been way too dark for my skin, so I went with Classic Ivory, which I worried would be too light for my skin, but for $1 I thought I may as well buy it and see. Turns out it's perfect for my skin tone.

I must admit, I'm quite in love with the gimmicky moussey foaminess of the foundation. I love shaking it and squirting it and seeing it puff up onto the back of my hand. That's possibly all I love though.

The texture is air-light, and it kind of melts into the skin when rubbed in. It also looks like you don't have any foundation on at all. In some respects, it reminds me of BB Cream - which I don't use as it's too sheer - but unlike BB Cream it doesn't offer many other benefits, other than a bit of SPF.

If you had good skin, it'd be nice for evening out the odd bit of uneven skin tone, but my 35 year old skin needs something a bit more. I also found it settled into my pores and wrinkles and moved about my face. And when I took my specs off it had patched up in the areas where my glasses touched my skin - as if little foundation molecules had got together for a party. Not pretty.

I'm not sure who this is aimed at, it's light enough to be a good first foundation for a youngin'. But the mousse part makes it a little tricky to play with. I don't know that I can recommend this, but still, I don't hate it to give it '1-lips' all round.

Maybelline Dream Nude air Foam

WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED! It sunk into my pores straight away and felt disgusting. Its a foam so it goes onto your skin in a really terrible way and it is terrible to blend. All the colours are discoloured and orange, it is disgusting.

Tips: Tip: DO NOT BUY!!!
