I am not a fan of using my fingers to apply foundation and with this product you have no other choice. I tried a sponge but it didn't work, and brushes were a no go. The most annoying thing about this product is it kin of splutters when you push the nozzle and I got foundation on my clothes from this every time. The nozzle stopped working all together after about 3 weeks. The finish of the foundation wasn't to bad, light coverage but it wasn't very long wearing.

Tips: Hold far away from your body when pushing nozzle to avoid specks getting on your clothes.
I really cannot stand this foundation, probably the worse I have ever used sadly, The mouse fomular is crazy and uncontrollable, it's correct about the light weight coverage as well it definitely doesn't give the "flawless" look which it doesn't promise but I would expect a little bit more coverage :(……. Never ever ever again will I use this product!!
Maybe I got a bad batch and struck out with this foundation, but as someone who was just starting to get into makeup this really, really disappointed me. When they say Lightweight they really mean "Light". After a 5minute shake of the bottle, a white/tannish foam came out and it felt just like that on my skin. I definitely would not recommend if you are looking for any kind of coverage in your foundation. But if you already have a flawless complexion and just looking to tan up a bit then yes, it'd be perfect for you.
One positive about this is that you only need a tiny amount - a little goes a long way. However the lightest shade for this is super orange and it also looks very unnatural and feels like soap on your face! My friends didn't enjoy the feel/texture of this either. Perhaps this would work better for people who are naturally tan and don't mind heavy feeling foundation.
Tips: You have to push the top like a soap dispenser for the foundation to come out - don't press hard! Heaps comes out at once.
I bought this foundation in a hurry when I was a bit broke and needed some sort of coverage. Will never buy again, I am 99% sure this caused the worst breakout I've had since high school, my skin did NOT like it at all! I have pale skin so bought the lightest shade they had at the time, which looks very orange and doesn't blend well. It also doesn't last all day so by the time i finish work I have orange patches all over my face.
I was really looking forward to using this foundation. I got it on sale for half price so thought I had a bargain but it is not nice at all. It was very cakey and stuck to my wrinkles and put at least 5 years on my skin. I used a brush the first time and my fingers the next hoping maybe it would help but it didn't. About a week after using it my skin broke out in pimples as well. Although the colour was perfect for my skin tone.
I use other forms of Maybelline Dream foundation and love them, but this stuff was tossed straight in the trash. Terrible consistency, bad smell, cakey coverage, this foundation really was a flop - skip it.
Very heavy coverage which is not what I was looking for. Cakey, bad blend, thick and gloopy consistency.
Tips: Not worth the buy
As title says never again!
It sucked and is messy!
Colour isnt very nice and leaves streks! Got it in my eye and I had a runny eye all day, that had never happened before!
I popped into a discount store and this was on sale for $1. $1!!! How could I not buy and try? There were only two shades available, one would've been way too dark for my skin, so I went with Classic Ivory, which I worried would be too light for my skin, but for $1 I thought I may as well buy it and see. Turns out it's perfect for my skin tone.
I must admit, I'm quite in love with the gimmicky moussey foaminess of the foundation. I love shaking it and squirting it and seeing it puff up onto the back of my hand. That's possibly all I love though.
The texture is air-light, and it kind of melts into the skin when rubbed in. It also looks like you don't have any foundation on at all. In some respects, it reminds me of BB Cream - which I don't use as it's too sheer - but unlike BB Cream it doesn't offer many other benefits, other than a bit of SPF.
If you had good skin, it'd be nice for evening out the odd bit of uneven skin tone, but my 35 year old skin needs something a bit more. I also found it settled into my pores and wrinkles and moved about my face. And when I took my specs off it had patched up in the areas where my glasses touched my skin - as if little foundation molecules had got together for a party. Not pretty.
I'm not sure who this is aimed at, it's light enough to be a good first foundation for a youngin'. But the mousse part makes it a little tricky to play with. I don't know that I can recommend this, but still, I don't hate it to give it '1-lips' all round.
