I've always been a big fan of maybelline but I found this foundation didn't cover much of my imperfections. The formula was very thin and greasy. After a few hours it felt like it had melted off (This may have been because I have oily combination skin) and I was left with patchy shiny foundation. Although I did like the wide colour range with matching concealers

Tips: I would recommend this for normal to dry skin
This stuff is awesome I got it for 7.00USD - an absolute steal!!
I've never been a fan of Maybelline products in the past so this is the first of theirs that I have used in almost 7 years and wow I am so glad that I gave them a second chance.
The foundation is creamy and silk like, it gives my skin such a nice flawless finish. I find that it covers all my imperfections and I probably don't even need to wear concealer with this foundation.
I really do love this foundation. The only downside is I got this in shade 220 as I thought I had a medium skin tone but this shade is super dark maybe 2-3 shades too dark for me (even in summer). One day I'd like to try this again in a lighter shade.
Tips: Apparently this is the exact same shade match as Mac's NC30.
In a nice we glass square bottle, you can see the leval, 30 mills. Natural coverage, let's skin breath, blends. Spf 18 Has a powdery smell, thin in texture not heavy. Shake the bottle well. it is very easy to apply I found if my skin was to moist it just sliped on over top. I do work it in in an upward motion and it does settle in. Coverage is light but I found you can layer it. It's doesn't last all day but doesn't say it does, and needs touching up, but does leave you skin looking hydrated and a shine to it's finish. But a bit of powder on top fixes that if you like a matt finish. I've actually found it quite a hydrating foundation doesn't dry you skin out or go powdery, as I do have dry skin I quite like it, it's not a full cover and doesn't last if your face is oily. I found its really nice to apply around my eye area. I had no reaction to it, or stinging or drying out. So for me not to bad a product. Does what it says. I did get it on sale at the supermarket so was a good buy.
Tips: Shake the bottle, make sure you blot your face with a tissue so there is no excess oil sitting on your skin.
I use this foundation because its convenient to buy from my local supermarket at a respectable price. It was easy to pick the right colour to match my skin. I do find on the otherhand that i tend to use alot to get the coverage i need and that it wipes off after only a few hours and becomes shiny in the sunlight. Perhaps in summer it would be a nice natural cover for at the beach.
Tips: If you want a heavy coverage this is not for you and if you have oily skin.
Sorry Maybelline but this is one of the worst foundations I have ever tried. Such a shame as the packaging is sleek and chic, and the shade (110) was actually incredibly pale and yellow based (unlike the usual pink undertones of most foundations from lower-priced ranges) and suited me well but the formula is just terrible for me. This makeup seems to catch all of my flaws - any dry bits, little pores or undereye bumps are instantly exaggerated. It looks uneven and cakey even when applied sparingly, and it soon oxidises a deeper shade of yellowy orange. It seems to crack up once applied to - it seems to draw moisture out of my skin and the surface will almost craze like dried mud on a river-bed in the heat of summer. I would rather wear no foundation at all I am afraid. This is a definite miss for me.
Tips: Avoid if you have dry skin!
I didn't really like this foundation that much, the colour range wasn't that great and the coverage was medium. It I feel like you can't really build it up. It applies the best with a beauty blender . I felt like I needed to set it with powder or I'd get oily during the day. I feel like maybelline has better foundations out there. I liked the packaging because it looks super nice and sleek and you get a good view of the colour.
Tips: Try find it at farmers or somewhere you can try it on
I used this foundation in the shade 120 classic ivory which unfortunately was too dark for my skin. I do like how the foundation has a dewy finish which makes the skin appear natural and healthy however due to the dewiness the lasting power of this foundation was not so great. It has a very liquid like consistency and the packaging appears nice but could do with a pump. It did cling to my dry patches so i recommend to use a good moisturizer first if you have dryer skin. I would probably avoid this foundation if you have oily skin as with my dry skin I still needed to set it with powder throughout the day.
Tips: Use a setting powder.
I mainly get this product if I'm low on foundation and I'm going to the supermarket - cheap and easily accessible. This product gave a light coverage - however, I found you can build the colour up if you keep applying. It looked natural and let my skin breath. It was easy to find the right colour and I love that it has its own exact colour coordinated matching powder and concealer. I find that this product comes off easily as well.
Tips: Good day time foundation.
I really didnt like this foundation, it was super shiny on my skin so after a couple hours of wear i looked terrible! I do usually get quite shiny but this was preeeetty bad. Is quite thin although it is buildable i wouldnt say its the best coverage.
I currently use Maybeline Fit Me Foundation - but have not found it as great as people have said to me it would be. I find it has quite a yellow undertone, which unfortunately for me, doesn't quite "fit" my skin tone. Alongside this, wearing the foundation I found it went very shiny quite quickly. It does tend to last reasonably well, but can often become "cakey" and needs touching up with a light powder over top. Overall, it does give good coverage! and if it suits your skin tone, I'm sure it'd be a great product for others xx
Tips: Ensure that you test to find the correct skin tone colour for your skin.
