I usually shy away from liquid liner and doing a winged look as I’m not very steady with my hands. But the fine tip on this eyeliner was really helpful as it gave me more room to fix this a build up thickness.
This eyeliner does dry matte and doesn’t smudge! It lives up to that. I have slightly hooded eyelids and it didn’t transfer at all. But I wouldn’t say the colour is intense. It does take a little bit to get it dark black. I don’t mind that as I prefer a more subtle look.
I would say this is great for people who aren’t confident with applying liquid eyeliner.
Thanks to Beauty review for sending me this to review.
First impressions of this product are really good. It has a slimline octagonal barrel with nice font and detailing. The cap is lightly sprung, so gives a little feedback when replacing. It has a brush tip which is really finely pointed, and gives a good, smooth application.
This product has a really good, opaque black from one swipe, and gives a really precise line and wing. I didn’t find that it skipped on my lids (which are a little loose and prone to skipping at the lash line). This is a pretty smudge-proof loner once dry (which doesn’t take long!), but it comes off reasonably well with micellar water or my evening double cleanse.
I didn’t find it the easiest to do a more dramatic, filled in wing, as the brush was a little too fine for me to do this easily, and it will be interesting to see how the brush holds its shape after use, and whether I do my usual trick of wrecking it on the cap when I’m in a rush!
Overall, it depends on the retail price-point, but I’d definitely buy again for a daily wear liner.
