Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara Review

I used to try a new mascara each time I ran out, but this one has me committed! I've repurchased it at least 3 or 4 times now. The brush is great for fanning lashes out, making them look thick and long. Never clumps on the brush. Best of all it stays on lashes really well during the day, never any smudging. But when it comes time to wash off its easier to remove than others I've tried.

I brought this mascara after hearing rave reviews for it. I am always on the hunt for a mascara that can make my eyelashes go from drab to fab and it's even better if a drug store product can do this.

This mascara retails for around $25 which is cheap considering other mascaras. It comes in a pearlescent pink tube, which is easy to hold. Perfect.

The formula is quite wet at the start, but it is creamy and the blackest black (my favourite). The mascara wand is nice, it is slightly curved, and it does a good job at coating the lashes.

I do find this coats lashes evenly on the first coat, but it doesn't give me the look I want after one coat, so I build it up. However, when I build the mascara up it does get a little clumpy which isn't ideal. I actually preferred this mascara after a month of using it when the formula had dried out a little, and I found this coated my lashes evenly, even when I was doing multiple coats.

I have finished my tube of this, but I will be repurchasing this product and trying it out again. I am still on the fence with this product but I feel like I could love it, so I will buy it and update this review then.

This mascara has changed my life, I have been using this non stop over the past 6 months, already onto my second tube of the stuff! This Maybelline Lash Sensational, is beautifully packaged a Pink Rosey Gold colour really sleek and easy to hold. I have the blackest black colour, in the non waterproof formula. The brush is a silicone style with a slight bend in the brush which really helps to coat all of my lashes in just a couple of swipes. This mascara helps my lashes with length, and volume at the base of my lashes, no spidery, clumpy lashes in slight! The silicone bristles disperse the formula evenly, and I love how it has smaller bristles that are perfect for the lower lashes, you can get at them without getting mascara all over your face. To remove, I use a wet flannel and hold it over my closed eye for a few seconds, then gently wipe away, and its gone, so simple. But the mascara stays all day long, no fall out or smudging. I love this product and will buy this again and again!

Great product! It's nice and smooth to put on, leaves my lashes looking full and long. No clumps at all!! Love the curved brush for getting all corners of the eye. It's probably at its best a week after opening it when the product has dried out a little as it's quite wet and a little messy at first. Tends to dry up after about 2 months but still useable.

I thought I would try this mascara as I had heard a bit of hype about it. I really liked the packaging, it comes in a sleek pretty pink tube. This mascara has a curved wand which I really liked as it allowed to reach the roots of my lashes easily. I usually only need two coats and it makes my lashes look nice and long and separates them evenly leaving no clumps. The only thing I didn't like about this mascara was that it left marks around my eyes throughout the day, however I really like this mascara and would definitely repurchase.

I really love this mascara, it comes in a pink rube with a plastic wand similar to the benefit “they’re real” wand, on one side it has a smaller wand and the other a larger. The mascara is dark deep black and thick! I have a lot of lashes but they're not long and I love how this sits on my eyes!

It took me along time to finally purchase this mascara, What took me so long! I have to say It Is the top mascara on my list at present.

I found that the brush Is a nice size, nothing huge nor tiny, and I like the curve the wand has to help really lift the lashes.

The curl It gives to my lashes Is really quite Impressive, Other mascaras curl alright, but I found this one seem to keep them curled all day, which Is big points In my book.

Oh I have like the tiniest of lashes, Its quite upsetting at the best of times, But after I've applied Maybelline Lash Sensations...Boom, I have full thick lashes baby! I've also tried others new on the market, and this Is still my favorite by far.

I brought this Mascara with high hopes sadly this just didn't live up to my expectations. The mascara comes in a cute pink tube with the applicator brush being fan shaped. The fan shaped brush is suppose to help get product onto shorter lashes. When applied onto lashes it does give good length and definition but needs at least two coats which can cause some clumps. I found the formula of the mascara dried out very quickly and I only got a month use out of it. The smell was the biggest thing that put me off with this mascara it smelt really unnatural, like glue. While I liked the definition it gave my eyes I wouldn't repurchase this again in the future.

I'd heard a lot of good things about this mascara from various YouTubers around the world - and to be honest at first I really didn't like it. I found it quite clumpy and messy to apply.

I put it aside for a while, and went back to my trust Benefit Roller Lash (which I love). Recently I decided to go back to the Maybelline Lash Sensational and I have to say - for some reason my opinion has changed and I quite like it! I find that if I curl my lashes first, the mascara looks really nice and my lashes look super long! (Note that I do have naturally long looking lashes). I don't think the curl holds that great, but I don't mind toooo much,

One thing I've noticed is that it's quite flakey to remove. I use baby oil to remove my eye makeup (cheap and super effective!!) and I often end up with black flakes around my eyes. Not 100% sure why!
