Maybelline Superstay 24H Hybrid Powder Foundation

I have never used powder foundation before so this was my first time use. I looked up YouTube tutorials to apply it properly. And I followed exact same steps as most did. The shade was true to my skin color. When I applied it directly it gave a sheer coverage. It couldn’t conceal my color correctors or any pigmentation. When I applied it on a thin layer of foundation it set well. It gave a mat finish and it wasn’t cakey. The feel was smooth to touch. Packaging is ok. It’s boring to be honest. There was no smell. I felt no irritation when applying. Also the powder is compact. It wasn’t messy when applying.

So overall, I’ll just use it for touch ups.

This isn't the most intuitive product to use. I was really struggling to get any cover from it until Facebook's algorithms provided me with a Nikkie Tutorials video on this product!

I followed her advice and wet the applicator, and buffed out with a brush. Much better!

This is very heavy in cover, this is not a 'your-skin-but-better' product, it is a 'you are now perfect and have no flaws'. In saying that, it feels very light on the skin and works beautifully with my liquid bronzer and highlighter.

It's definitely superstay, you'll want to use your heavy duty makeup remover to get this baby off. (That's what she said)

I think this is a solid product and on days when I'm looking for complete coverage I will defintiely reach for it.

I truly enjoyed this pressed powder primarily because it lived up to its claims. It didn’t create a cake appearance, imparted a soft finish, and felt comfortably lightweight. Additionally it’s convenient for on the go touch ups in my hand bag when I head out after work without the luxury of redoing my makeup! Would definately buy this.

The foundation is silky smooth and light but I found it has thick coverage though - be careful around fine lines as it does seem to sit in them I noticed. Maybe use a foundation brush for around eyes and smile lines. Super easy to use with the little sponge applicator and loved that it has a mirror for on the go touch ups. I found it gave my skin a nice matte look but had to be careful around fine lines. It lasted all day which was great as I work and then head to the gym in the evening most days! The price is amazing compared to their brands so I’d def use and buy again. I would recommend to anyone who tends to have oily skin as this seems to work well and last. The matte look makes it a flawless look all day so I’d def recommend!

For someone who never uses a powder foundation due to dry skin I was interested to try this one. I read a little about it online and how to use it before it arrived. I found that the makeup applicator made it a little to thick for me but with a brush I got a nice thinner layer. It went on smoothly and evenly and the colour match was spot on. The next time I wore it I took the compact to work and used the applicator to apply a touch up during the day, I this situation I found the sponge worked will for doing smaller areas and top ups. It did cling slightly to drier patches so would recommend making sure your surface it smooth and hydrated before using.

I like a full coverage makeup look for my work day so I was excited to trial the Maybelline Superstay 24hr hybrid powder foundation and see what it was like. I really liked that it gave a good coverage with little effort and the matte finish was very good. The little sponge that came with it was not great as it was too small for my liking, I used a bigger one I had and it applied much easier. I found that it lasted my working day. It is a lovely soft and lightweight formula that doesn't require alot of effort and that was a winner for me. I was very impressed at the coverage it gave me. If you’re looking for a product that can be applied quickly with good coverage and doesn't require touch ups this is definitely worth a try.

I tried the Maybelline Superstay 24Hour hybrid powder foundation and was pleasantly surprised. It has a silky soft texture which is lightweight and easy to transfer from sponge / brush to your face, and it provides efficient coverage - I have also found this to be buildable so you can build more coverage as and if desired. It isn’t cakey and provides an even appearance - I also found this powder to hold well during the day. It did transfer a teeny bit straight after application - but nothing more than any other powder foundation.

I rate this product and think it is perfect for every day wear, and well priced too! It comes in various shades and provides a matte finish - but still makes your skin look soft (and feel soft). It also comes with a compact sponge for application.

A medium to full-coverage powder foundation, yes, please! I was excited to put this foundation to the test as I am always looking for products that work well and are affordable.

My first impression was that it was a fairly basic-looking powder foundation however it is packaged perfectly for make-up on the go. It includes a sponge to apply the foundation as well as a mirror which is super handy to have when travelling. The foundation itself has a pleasant smell and comes in a good range of shades.

I was a little concerned that this foundation would be too heavy and too much of full coverage for my liking however it turned out to work really well for me. The formula itself is lightweight and comfortable on the skin, never feeling heavy or cakey. It's also buildable, so I can achieve the level of coverage I desire without looking overdone. It is so quick and easy to apply that I have my morning makeup done in next to no time.

I have noticed that I get some shine during the day but to be fair I get this with most foundation. It does seem to be fairly transfer proof and I agree with all of the claims about how it feels lightweight and comfortable with no caking or patchiness.

The price point of Maybelline Super Stay Foundation is a real steal for the quality you get. It competes with high-end brands in terms of performance but is much more affordable. I love this foundation for quick morning make-up and as a convenient travel foundation.

Once receiving this a product, I was quite excited how it is presented. You can see the shade of the powder from the case, which can help when trying to compare colours. But underneath this, is a sponge and mirror! It’s great if you’re out and about.

I always apply my foundation around 10 minutes after skincare and sunscreen.

I first tried applying the foundation with the sponge and it gives a full coverage.

I preferred to use this after my liquid foundation. I would apply it with a brush. It gives the most amazing finish!! It makes my skin look really beautifully airbrushed. I like that you’re able to do a light coverage but also build it up.

My foundation still looks great 12 hrs after applying. I have not kept it on for 24hrs so cannot comment but n that!
