Maybelline The Colossal Cat's Eyes

Disappointed with this particular mascara. I adore Maybelline, but i found this one to be seriously lacking in the length or any kind of volume. Even after a shower, using soap and water, it is really difficult to get off! I do find that it does its best to elongate my lashes, but its not enough.

I usually love Maybelline mascara's and have tried almost every single one of their Volum Express range and really liked most of them. I was definitely excited when I got this one but after trying it 3 times I'm not satisfied with it. It doesn't give me as much length or volume as other Maybelline mascara's. I wouldn't buy this again and have given it to my 13 year old niece, whose just started using make-up

I like the shape of the brush, it makes it easy to apply without getting it on your skin but I didn't find that it gave the amount of volume I was expecting. I like maybelline mascaras and would use again for everyday use but not to give dramatic or bold effects.

I use this mascara everyday and I personally choose it over my more high end mascaras, it makes my eyelashes look so long and dark and it doesn't clump! Definitely an essential for me, using this mascara with winged eye liner provides the perfect combo for a sleek and sexy look.

I'm using this mascara at the moment, Gives me a long look but doesn't give me the fuller look I like. I did find it doesn't clump tho. This mascara is good for day to day use if you just want to look nice nathink spectacular.

This mascara is tops! It lengthens and separates the lashes to great lengths. I have never had a bad make up day with this product. The mascara is non clumpy and really light weight, it doesn't thicken the lashes like some other mascaras do so it appears very natural on the lashes that it's hard to tell if the extraordinary length is natural or not.

I have had so many women ask what I use, or compliment on the length of my lashes when I use this product.

The only thing I would say in the negative is when it gets a little older the product does tend to get a little thick and dry - easy tip - put a couple of drops of clear eye solution into the tube and refresh what's left because you will use every single drop of this product.

I love Maybelline mascaras! They do the business... they lengthen, separate, thicken and most importantly, last! I love the price and that I can just throw one in at the supermarket!! I love the large juicy brush, if I am careful with it, I can get all my lashes including my littlies.

i use this as my daily mascara, and i love it! i wouldn't say it gives me 'cat like corners' but it makes my lashes nice and long without being too thick, making it perfect for everyday wear! will forever re purchase

I absolutely love the whole Cat Eyes Look! I have heard so much about this mascara for a long time, I thought I would finally purchase it and give it a go for myself.

I really like the leopard print on the mascara tube. The mascara wand is curvy and it is narrow with spikes. This is the perfect wand to achieve the perfect cat eye look. One coat even looks amazing because the wand gets all of the lashes at once. The formula is amazing. It is long lasting and it does not clump. Unfortunately the mascara itself reacted with my eyes, causing them to sting and burn so I cant use this mascara ever again. Its a good mascara though. It is an essential for the Perfect Cat Eye!

I think this is a great mascara which I would highly recommend to others. It is readily available, as you can purchase the mascara at the local supermarket - very useful if you suddenly realise your other mascara has dried up the night before your graduation when the mall is closed! I chose this mascara because I really like the cat eye effect, and it has definitely fulfilled my expectation. It comes out in a very smooth, thin cosistency, meaning that lashes do not clump together and it is easy to apply. The brush is curve-shaped to ensure that lashes closer to the middle of your eye are lengthened only slightly, while lashes on the outside of your eye are given significantly more length. I have been told that for girls with eyes closer together, you should lengthen your lashes and apply the thickest part of your eyeliner at the outer part of the eye, drawing attention to the outer corner of your eye and giving a widening impression. This mascara is great for that effect!
